My kids wanted a trampoline for years, so I finally broke down and got this when it was on sale. My youngest jumps on it before and after school. It was super easy to put together if you follow the instructions. The springs were the hardest part. Use the tool that comes in the kit! I didn’t at first and the syringe hard to stretch after you have about half in place. Use the tool!

Great product took a little over 3 1/2 to 4 hrs to put together. Instructions were sometimes a little difficult to understand due to no words just pictures. Shipping was fast and easy to track but wish they could have let us know that it would come in 2 boxes. Our packages were ripped and poles were sticking out but thankfully we weren’t missing any pieces.

The directions are pretty easy to follow but make sure you have someone or multiple people to help you assemble. As a single mom, I had the most awful time putting it together and had to get my father and our neighbor to help. It took several days (hours) to put together. It comes in 2 boxes and they didn’t come in same shipment so that was annoying as well. Boxes also came damaged and had some parts that were bent that we had to fix.

This is a good trampoline for the price. Easy enough to put together. If I had anything negative to say it would be the string that you have to tie all around the bottom of the net, it would be better if it was just 1 solid string instead of multiple.

The trampoline is great but receiving it was something else it comes in two boxes so when we got ours there was only one box so that started the calls to have them check and they wear happy to do so and couldn't fine the other box so they sent out another order, well other box that they couldn't find showed up two day after the other box. Over all great product just bad on the other end of shipping out all at one time.

The trampoline works great! Shipping was a little odd as 1 box came and then the 2nd box came a day or 2 later. Then we noticed the box was taped up weird like it had been opened and returned. After inspecting it, we put it up but then found 2 springs were missing. I contacted member services and they couldn’t send the parts separate. They could only do a return and exchange or give me a partial refund. I took the refund since the rest was together. For safety reasons, I’m ordering the springs, but it’s totally fine without them. So I can’t give it a full 5 stars although I’d say without the annoyances, the trampoline itself is a 5.

Well made. Assembly wasnt too difficult but you need to pay attention to the small details. We decided not to install the basketball hoop. It is cheap and not something we will use. The trampoline and net are perfect. Great price and delivery is convenient.

Oh man. Overall the trampoline feels sturdy, it’s a great price & my son loves it ! I will simply just say you HAVE to read the directions TO THE T. Every hole has an exact place. We ended up having to drill additional holes to connect some parts since my partner decided from the beginning he wasn't going to read the manual. & that just gave us extra work apart from all the work it already was to put up. Took us maybe 5 hours to put it up together. Overal great and sturdy trampoline and I foresee a lot of fun in the future !

Kids love it! It was fairly easy to put together. Love thst the legs are curved giving it a firmer base. The only thing i was not crazy about is that the basketball goal is made of foam so I am quite sure it will not last long. I think we will be able to attach another goal to it though...maybe a garbage can goal or something. Overall, it was a great purchase.

Product is great, great quality, easy assembly, straight forward instructions. Price dropped a few days after purchase and the store staff was rude and indifferent when I asked about price matching a recent purchase. The online chat representative refunded the price difference within a couple of minutes. I will never shop at that store again and will not be renewing my membership. I won't pay to be a customer somewhere that doesn't value my patronage.
