Trampoline came and was missing all the screws bolts spacers.. everything. Had to reach out to manufacture for the pieces. As the pieces came we started to put the springs on ONLY to find out the bounce pad is ripped in 2 places. Extremely disappointed as this was my sons BIG christmas gift.

Got this for a great price while on sale. Easy to put together. Bottom part was about a half hour. We haven’t put on the net yet as we actually don’t need it. But people saying the springs were the hardest part, it’s not. If you do it like the directions say, it goes on fairly simply, obviously you need some muscles as it’s going to be tight, but we didn’t have a hard time with it so idk why people are struggling so much.

We wanted to love this trampoline as it looks great and is well priced. However the basketball hoop broke in the first week. Not a big deal, we didn’t expect that piece to be super heavy duty. After summer, we took it down and stored it in our garage. This summer we put it up and a light storm broke a pole. We replaced said pole, a month later and now two more poles are broken. One broke when my 2 year old was running on it nowhere near the outer net. Very disappointed with the awful quality of this trampoline. We’ve done all of the things to take care of it and the poles holding the safety net up are breaking left and right from very minimal use. Do yourself a favor and look for something made of better quality.

My husband put this together in an hour. It’s huge with a stable metal base more than enough room for 4 kids to play at ease

Amazing! Took about 2hours for my husband to put it all together. The kids and adults love it. Very sturdy. Extremely satisfied!!

Directions aren't the best but use your brain and you'll get it. The more the people you have the easier though!

Good product & quality. Good price. Only downfall is the bb hoop is poorly designed and doesn't stay attached very well. But overall good product

So far so good!! Took about 3 hours to put up between my husband and I. Kids LOVE it. Whole family of 5 has been on it!

Love it! We have a three year old and the laughter that has come while playing on this is so worth it.

The kids really enjoy this trampoline. I would've given it five stars but it took me a little longer to put together than expected.
