I bake mini Carrot Cakes for my customers and clients. I go through a ton of butter and cream cheese and I always use the Member's Mark brand of both. Great price and quality.

The Butter is very Fresh and creamy, top shelf quality. My favorite name brand butter is land o lakes since childhood. But its expensive. I tried this butter, same quality and comparable great taste, at a reasonable price.

Price can't be beat, I buy 2 at a time and can freeze or refrigerate for an extended time. I am a baker so it is great to have as much as I need on hand without worry.

Not like it used to be.. I believe they are using less cream as it's just not the same as before.. it's still a good buy but why do they have to find ways to make things cheaper for more profit knowing that people can tell the difference?

Been using this brand of butter for a couple of years now, completely satisfied with it. Salt level stays consistent from batch to batch, which can be an issue with salted butter especially when there is too much.
