I love being able to to adjust the temperature from my phone or just by telling Alexa and the timer and sleep mode are very convenient. It cools down the room fast and keeps it super comfortable. Setup was straightforward and didn't take long, having an extra set of hands definitely helps since its heavy. Overall love this sturdy, powerful, smart ac!

The app is easy and it was quick to setup and use. I've had no issues with having to restart or anything. It cools well and It seems like it is going to work well for a long time.

I love that I can control this unit with an app which is very user friendly. The unit is quiet, even when first starting up…I enjoy white noise. I obviously comment on longevity, but I do expect this to last quite a while. Highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this 12000 BTU conditioner for about month now, and i realy like it. Looks very nice and modern, and it fits well with the interior. The control panel is clean, stylish, and very easy to use. In terms of performance, it is powerful and cools the room quickly. It maintains the temperature very well, even on hot day. I am impressed with how fast it brings the room to a comfortable level. The wifi and voice control features are also a great bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ac is self explanatory and works like a breeze. I don't have to spend a lot of time figuring out the directions on how to work it. I am am to put it on a setting where it goes off and then on so it is not constantly on which is very convenient for me.

This is a very poor quality product, underperforms in any aspect (air is not cold enough and fan can not disperse it more than 1 foot from the grill at its highest speed). To make things worse, it is unbelievably noisy (no way to sleep at night having it ON). Last, Customer Service is just utterly junk - agents can barely speak/understand English, have no training at all, and will truly waste your time (I tried with 3 different agents). This is a nightmare company. Sam's Club need to stop carrying Midea's air conditioning products

Got it for upstairs because the attic was there and neighbors removed trees so direct sun roughly 6 hours a day. Central air couldn't keep up would end up being 80° during the afternoon with it being set at 73°. Once installed, central air doesn't even run at all this takes over its job. Great unit, great value. Plus the app works well with it!

I purchased thee of these last August. So in three months of usage the commonly used controls like power button and temperature adjusting arrows wore off... in some cases completely. An obvious ink issue. I tried to get Midea to send stickers or something so I could identify buttons without using a marker and they refused to stand behind the unit. Claim it's a wear and tear issue. I'm going to return all three to Sam's Club!
