Cools room fairly quickly but not as quiet as other reviews claimed it to be. Also and maybe this is just me but I think it has a weird smell to it but cant quite explain what the smell is. Price is good and was delivered quickly

Sad purchase

If you could see if it works right before you get it installed would be nice. This unit was packaged nice and installed fair. Plugged the unit in and all came on a normal but the fan. Only works on high, no medium, no low. Very noisy.

Quiet and powerful cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC unit is very powerful and cools the downstairs in my home quick. It is quiet and not distracting when on. My favorite feature is the WiFi, I love that I am able to control it from the app.

Remote Not Working

The air conditioner is working, however the remote control does not work. It has a battery but I believe the pad beneath the buttons is off-centered. I do not know where to buy another remote control.

Freon leak discovered on day 14

Purchased in-store. Box was in perfect condition, and there was no damage to unit during installation. Freon leak (bubbles and liquid running down the coils on outside of unit) was discovered on day 14 of operation.

Not reliable

Purchased this AC unit 6/2019 Used it from 6/19-9-19. Stored it covered in an humidified basement. Inserted the unit today, does not work. The GE units we purchased 6/2012 are up and running smoothly.Very dissapointed
