[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this air conditioner, it cools nicely and has some pretty cool features! It is wi-fi enabled which is fantastic when you want to get the space cooled before you get there. It also has voice control, we have Alexa, which is awesome because it's in a room used for crafting so I don't have to stop to manually adjust the fans. It's a quick and easy install too. Very happy with this air conditioner!

The Midea 8,000 BTU was perfect for the 14X14 area room that is our bedroom. It blows very, very COLD air even on medium right now. There is no wierd smells like you you normally have with electrical appliances. This is a GREAT buy and even had a rebate through our electric company... Ehat a buy!!!!

It is working great and Wi-Fi is nice feature. Would have given five stars, but construction of unit was not the best and intial attempt to get issue resolved was complicated. Because of weather, the options to fix issue were not satisfactory so I am just keeping unit and living with defect. Not sure if I would get another product from this company.

I am really happy with the ac. I actually have 2 of them, but one, within a couple of weeks, the on button is completely gone. Not enough to deal with a return, but pretty sad about that. I can find it by the other buttons (not really buttons, touch screen) but just disappointed, as if more disappear, I will have to figure a way to mark them.

I am so glad that I purchased this window air conditioner. It runs fairly quite for an air conditioner, just a hum. It cools my master bedroom & bath area quickly & comfortable, area of 300 sq ft. It is nice looking & I like all the control settings. My windows are sliders, so went on YouTube to learn how to install my my type of window. Works great for me.

So far very impressed, its used in our master bedroom. We set it to a comfortable temperature (72) in eco mode and the unit turns on and cools to temp, it actually ramps up it hotter weather and then cycles off and waits for the temp to increase to where it comes on again. Really maintains the temperature very well. We use the connected app to adjust with our phones if need be. Have not been able to get it to work with Alexa yet even though we have many devices and lights connected to her. I am sure it is just something we need to tweak for it to wrk just haven’t had the time to get into it.

Easy mounting it came with everything but overall do not like it. It doesn't cool enough although its in a small room. It goes into cool mode once it reaches like 72degrees. Its loud and the print on the panels for on/off ^and down temp all faded completely off. you gotta just press your fingers all over to get it on.

I bought this air conditioner at the middle of July 2021. It was used for about a month or so that summer and then last summer. When I turned it on a few weeks ago, all it b l e w was warm air. I called your company and was told it was out of warranty and it would need servicing. The price for a service call is almost the price of the air conditioner. I don't believe that an air conditioner should stop blowing cold air after one and a half Summers. I tried resetting it and that didn't work. What are the recourse do I have? I am not happy since I bought three other 6,000 BTU units and they are fine. They are also Midea.

The air conditioner is good works good, but the extremely small remote control never worked good, now it doesn't work anymore. My Midea 6,000 btu air conditioner has a bigger and better remote control than de 10,000 btu. Please Midea, change that type of remote control, it is trash.

Did not cool our bedroom which is smaller than the square footage it is rated for.
