It cools my room quickly and maintains a consistent temperature, even on very hot days. The installation process was straightforward, and the unit feels sturdy and well made.

Go with another brand. I've only had it for a year and the thing is leaking so bad it's ruined my hardwood floors. Worked fine for a year no problems then out of nowhere it's dumping gallons of water on my floor. Called and asked for help and just had some lady with an attitude blow me off. Won't ever buy their product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performance and capacity: I installed this 8000 BTU unit in a 110 square foot nursery. During a specific test with the door closed the app showed an 11° temperature drop in just 15 minutes. Under normal circumstance, we keep the door open, and the unit has enough power to cool the room while also helping to take the edge off the heat in the hallway. The app and controls: The app is really useful. We used it to monitor the initial temperature drop and we use it to set sleep schedules. Being able to preset the temperature for specific times at night is convenient for a nursery, and the energy usage tracking gives a clear look at what the unit is costing to run. Installation and old windows: If you're installing this in older wooden windows, the brackets and lock frames can be a bit confusing. The mounting points at the top edge of the unit where it hits the sash were key to getting it lined up. My windows are extremely old, which resulted in a significant Gap under the unit. The AC does include some foam to help seal gaps, but I suggest having extra adhesive foam on hand to ensure you get a completely airtight seal if your frames are uneven like mine. I would recommend this unit as I found it capable of cooling fast and the smart features add a level of control that makes managing a nursery temperature much easier it's a reliable choice if you need consistent cooling and want to track your efficiency

I also love that it's not too loud, it's blowing out pretty cold air and very strong so I'm happy with the noise level it's at. I haven't tried the smart part of it yet as I just put it in but I'm sure that will be amazing. I love this air conditioner and I'm actually going to buy myself another one for my bedroom. I'm very happy with this product.

I love that I can control this unit with an app which is very user friendly. The unit is quiet, even when first starting up…I enjoy white noise. I obviously comment on longevity, but I do expect this to last quite a while. Highly recommend!!

Looks very nice and modern, and it fits well with the interior. The control panel is clean, stylish, and very easy to use. In terms of performance, it is powerful and cools the room quickly. It maintains the temperature very well, even on hot day. I am impressed with how fast it brings the room to a comfortable level. The wifi and voice control features are also a great bonus.

Along with the remote that comes with it the voice control is a very nice feature. However, it is heavy and bulky. The side panels are also difficult to install and don't fit very well.

No sharp corners for curtains or shades to catch on, so that is appreciated. The installation was very easy, however, be aware someone or better yet, at least 2 people should install this in the window because it is very heavy. As far as performance, wow, it is powerful! The room temperature was 75, and decreased to 68, in about half hour (the size of the room will affect this as well). Much quicker than central air or portable air conditioners. This A/C also has smart technology built in, for example, it will remember the last settings and keep them when you turn it on again. Downloading the matching app was easy and adding the device was as simple as scanning the QR code. So one can use their phone or the remote to change the settings or turning it on/off. The filter is located in the front, easily accessible and can be washed! I highly recommend this air conditioner for its power and durability.

I am am to put it on a setting where it goes off and then on so it is not constantly on which is very convenient for me.
