Excellent purchase with lots of great high-tec features. If I had to say anything I wish it were a bit quieter. Otherwise I would totally recommend.

Dirty and used air conditioner was inside the box. Somebody’s return was obviously put back on the shelf.

This is just right for our needs - one room in our house got the afternoon heat during the day, and our whole house AC couldn't keep that one room (a bedroom) comfortable. It cools the air very quickly!

We have central a/c but this is needed,Really helps maintain the dinning/kitchen area fresh when ever we have family or friends over. Especially in this TEXAS weather.

Cools room fairly quickly but not as quiet as other reviews claimed it to be. Also and maybe this is just me but I think it has a weird smell to it but cant quite explain what the smell is. Price is good and was delivered quickly

I bought this unit for my garage to keep my 4 German Shepherds cool in this heat and it works great for them, they enjoy it very much. It was easy to install in one of the windows.

If you could see if it works right before you get it installed would be nice. This unit was packaged nice and installed fair. Plugged the unit in and all came on a normal but the fan. Only works on high, no medium, no low. Very noisy.

We've had this air conditioner almost a month - through the rough summer heat - and it's worked great. I love that the led lights can be turned off at night so that the room is dark.

The air conditioner is working, however the remote control does not work. It has a battery but I believe the pad beneath the buttons is off-centered. I do not know where to buy another remote control.

I wasn't sure about this purchase but I ended up being pleasantly surprised! I love the auto economy feature that allows me to determine at which temperature this machine will work its magic. I went back to the store and n9w own 4 window units!!
