I love this product! I was very surprised that it cooled down both my kitchen and living room. I've always had one AC unit in each room but i didn't need to put up my second unit in my kitchen and just used a table to fan. I love how it automatically goes off when it needs to and comes back on. I haven't got the chance to use the wifi feature but I'm sure it's nice to turn off the unit from my bedroom if I'm not feeling like getting out of bed. The air is nice and cool that I've learn to sleep on my couch. Even my other brand AC unit won't cool my bed room quick.

I just installed the ac . Easy to do, but it was too heavy for me. And now i'm lying in bed and freezing. Before this i had an air conditioner and a fan because it wasn't cold enough, so i'm loving this. Btw the delivery was quick. I wrote this after i installed it. NOW , almost a week later, it's not working so great. It hasnt been a good experience. I can't get as cool as it was the first day. I'm thinking of how to return this.

Had to replace our old one. This is smaller, but more powerful and efficient. Told Dad about it. We had to order one for him too. Love the app too

Been in use for a week. Unit was easy to install, cools my entertainment room within an hour. The wireless control is a plus.

This product is not at all what the description said it was! Very poorly made. Does not go off and on by itself on automatic setting!

Was excited to change the ac I had in my room for this larger one. But, it came with a the front left corner dented. And it doesn’t get my small bedroom very cool even turning it down to 68. It blows out cool air not cold.

REALLY LIKE THE WAY YOU CAN SET THE TEMP. ON THE UNIT AND WILL TURN OFF WHEN TEMP. IS MET AND TURNS BACK ON WHEN IT RAISES ABOUT 2 DEGREES ABOVE TEMP. AND THEN TURNS BACK ON AGAIN. NOT BAD.

Bought this a month ago for a bedroom. We turn it on at night and it keeps the room cool to about 68-70 degrees. It’s been over 100 here and this works great. I don’t think it would cool a bigger room but we are happy with it

Very easy to install. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Quiet during use and most importantly it throws out ice cold air. Remote control and an app make it easy to control. Very pleased.

I bought one of these A/C units last year and was happy with it, so when I needed another this summer I went into the store to buy this same one. However when we installed it, I noticed it looked different from my previous one. It looked like it could’ve been an older model; the remote was larger and even looked outdated. That didn’t bother me at first. Once installed, the remote didn’t work at all and when it began to rain outside, the window unit began a high pitched humming and started spitting water into the room. The unit was installed correctly, I believe I got a faulty unit. I had no issues returning the unit about a week later and I appreciate Sam’s lenient return policy. However, I did not get another A/C from my Sam’s location because I didn’t trust that the stock on the floor weren’t outdated models they were trying to sell.
