Two nights used and it created a wrinkle in centre.

I bought the medium firmness in store and it feels like plush. Too soft. Perhaps if I had bought the firm, which they don't have in store, it'd have worked. But they won't ship to CA. What a shame, I really wanted to like it. On the plus side, it did not smell bad. And the quality seems to be very decent for the price.

I ordered in app and did a store pick up. This is NOT hotel premium as described. I received a regular Members Mark 12” mattress. I did not realize it until it was too late, I had it out of the box and the plastic was off. I would not have accepted this at the store if I had known. I actually passed up this item in the store wanting the better “Hotel Premier” product. Sam’s Club misrepresented this product and it’s too late for me to return, I had no way of getting it back to my vehicle after it was unrolled. I’m very disappointed

If firm is this soft, I would hate to imagine sleeping on the ultra plush. This mattress is so soft it is ridiculous. softer than my soft old foam mattress. returning as soon as possible. if you like soft mattresses that come delivered in an easy box rolled up- this is for you.

Felt more like soft rather than medium firmness. Way too squishy for my liking.

there is an obvious defect with this mattress, but Sam's will not pick-up or refund because I picked it up curbside. I have no way to return it without renting a truck. HORRIBLE - stay away (see pics)

We bought the "medium" firmness mattress as that is the only firmness Sams sells in the store, and we needed the mattress quickly before guests came to visit. It is softer than i would like, but is still comfortable.

We got this for a spare room and guests have said it is very comfortable. It was super easy to get home in my car and bring up to a small second floor bedroom.

This mattress is so comfortable. Doesn’t take long to expand and no odor. I bought one for each of my children and quickly bought myself one as well. It’s like sleeping on a luxury hotel bed.

I wanted to try it because it was such a good price but I only had for a few days and used the hydraulic base once and mattress top material got a wrinkle in it that wouldn’t go away once flattened out.
