This not what is advertised. If you are looking for medium firm this is not it! It's like sleeping on the pillow. It totally flattens when you lay on it. We end up laying on the slats of the bed. We are getting rid of as soon as possible.

Not too soft, not too hard. Medium firm is the correct description for this mattress. This is the 2nd one I have purchased - 1 for our guest bedroom (full) and 1 for my grand-daughter (queen).

Bed is supposed to be medium-firm. It is real soft. When we unrolled it, there was a gold of fabric that will not lay flat. We are returning this mattress.

I was skeptical about buying a bed in a box, but what a great decision! My wife is disabled and has sleep issues but she is actually sleeping better now. I’m so happy I decided to take a chance on this mattress.

This might be a very good mattress if it fit. This Twin XL is 40 inches wide. The Mattress will not make Split King (4 inches of overhanging for the pair). NOT GOOD

The mattress is comfortable and fits my needs in a spare bedroom. I have napped on it several times and have really found it worth the price. I am thinking about ordering a King size mattress for my masterbedroom.

Not happy. It says medium firm but it’s too soft and uneven. It’s either you slide on the side or pushed in the middle. Made my husband’s back pain worse and gives us body pain. We end up having to sleep in our guest room.

Great mattress! Well made and this is our second queen purchase of same mattress. The medium firmness is just right. Feels plush and comfortable. Beats any high end $1000+ mattress. You won’t regret it. We use it on a platform and it’s perfect!

Good mattress, but super soft for a firm mattress. Waiting for truck now for pickup to return. I think it was a return that was placed in the wrong box. It was stuffed in the box and not rolled like the illustration.

Comfortable firm mattress, with more edge support than a nectar. Normally purchase Casper, but this was immediately available, and hundreds less. Not light weight lol. Bought a 2nd one, if that says anything.
