Great product and the kids love it. Easy instructions but it did take about 6hrs for 2 of us to build. The shipping was terrible though. Swing set was supposed to be deliver Feb 10th but came the 18th and was missing the slide. I called Lifetime directly and they were very nice but slide didn't arrive until March 2nd

Purchased this awesome swing set for my grandsons in May from a MN location. The quality is great & they love it, but working with the contracted installer, GoConfigure, was a nightmare! It took 3 weeks before an install date was available, & they required payment in advance of the actual install. On the day of the install because rain was forecasted, they refused to begin the install. (Even refusing so much as to unbox it in the garage & haul the packaging away. I think being Memorial Day weekend may have played into the installer's refusal to work on the swing set.) Instead of coming back the next day, we were put back onto the wait list & had to wait another week to have the play equipment installed. GoConfigure's customer service department was rude & of no help. They refused to let me speak to any supervisors, & their district manager never called me as requested. After doing a little online investigating, I discovered GoConfigure received an F rating by the Illinois Better Business Bureau & had 37 complaints. Reviews on YELP were also horrendous, receiving a 1 1/2 stars out of 5. In the end they finally installed the set & it's great, but not without a lot of hassles! I also think $500 for pick up, delivery & install was high; averaging about $100 an hour for the privilege of poor & rude customer service!

The swing set is big and looks nice. The problem is within a year it starts to rust and after 3 years it's so rusty that it's not safe. Contact the company and they don't support their products for rust. If I can save you any one of you from spending this much money and having it be dangerous for your kids within 3 years, choose a different company, a different product, and do not buy this swing set. It is not worth the almost $2,000 that will be wasted within a few years. There are other quality swing sets for comparable prices that won't be backed by this poor company that skips corners and provides a product that isn't safe because your kid will need a tetanus shot.

Day one of assembly is done. Tomorrow we finish with by attaching the plastic parts. Disappointed the QR codes listed for instructional videos pictured in the manual didn't work, nor did typing in the URL. All we got was the Lifetime homepage with options too see/buy more products. Next post after assembly is complete and grandkid tested.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Lifetime Adventure Tower in November of 2016. It is great. All the children just love it. It took two men, 2 days to put it together.

The rock wall pieces keep coming off! Every time a kid climbs up the wall they pull right off. We have put them on so many times and do not know why they won't stay on. Everything else is great so far-except the rock climbing walls!!!!
