This is perfect for our 2 boys (3 and 6 yrs old) It's big. It's sturdy. It's fun. It took my husband and I the weekend to complete - definitely need two pairs of hands. It wasn't hard and the instructions were clear. Some bolts wouldn't fit right, but there's a package of spare parts that we were able to use. My husband and I have both been up in the clubhouse part and used the swings. It's a solid playset. LOVE, LOVE LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this since last summer and it has been great. Assembly took several hours, but most of it could be done with one person. I took it an hour or two at a time at night over the space of about a week, and only needed help with a couple items. I had all the parts and hardware I needed, with exact counts up until the final steps, where I found spare parts. Everything is well built, and mostly modular. It looks like I could rearrange the panels on the tower and slide and ladder placement without a problem. One small note, the red climbing holds (or rocks) have faded, one in direct sunlight, one on the shady side. All others are holding their color fine.

She plays on it everyday, and enjoys the swings, slide, rock wall, climbing ladder, and the monkey bar, even the tower area is a nice shaded place to play with her toys on a flat surface. I am impressed with the quality and functionality of the play set. I know this playset will last for many years and get tons of use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Playset over 10 years ago and as foster parents we have had countless amounts of foster children who've enjoyed playing on it. We still have children mention this playground when we run into them out in our community. As a retired police officer and mother I enjoy bringing smiles to the children who came to us with no smiles when they arrived. The only downfall is I wished we could extend this set to add more to it but I haven't seen that as a possibility yet. We were thinking how nice it would be to be able to add the monkey bars and possibly two extra swings. We even thought about a Ninja warrior course because more than probably 100 times our children have us time them as the rush through ever single part of the tower and it's options. It is a super fun experience that we can have in our backyard 😀 thank you Lifetime and if you ever open up the idea to allow owners the options to do add-ons please let us know. Many foster children would enjoy such things. Thank you.

We bought this for our 4 and 7 year old and they both absolutely love it. It took my husband and I about 10 hours to put it up, but totally worth it. We only had issues with the two doors up top not fitting the hole. We had to drill two extra holes to get it to fit. For the price, you can't beat it. It is even bigger than I thought. The slide is huge. I can slide and not get stuck. :) It's like a tree house also, with all the room in it.

They just sent me new ones at no cost! I can't say enough great things about their products or customer service. If there is a lifetime product out there buy it and you won't be unhappy. They truely appreciate and value their customers.

Grandparents bought this for my kids and we love it. We had it shipped to us via freight. It was delivered by an 18 wheeler. Thankfully my husband was home to assist the driver unloading it. They ended up breaking apart the crate and removing it piece by piece. It weighs 646 lbs. The next day Go Configure had a gentleman out to put it together. He was a Saint. Poor man worked in the rain and lightning getting it done. He puts these together for a living and it took him 2 days dodging the weather. Great company down to the people calling to verify we were happy. The equipment seems very sturdy. My 230 lbs husband was ip on the second floor of the castle and had no issues. Beware if you put it together by yourself, it is complicated. It is no joke, 300 or 400 screws/bolts/washers/ect. We are extremely happy with it.

No problem I'm thinking, I'm sure I can find them online. NOPE, none of the product ID's (seems to be a different one for each box) are working, the link to help you find the product ID is not working and Customer Service is closed for the holidays. While I am glad the company gave the employees off for the holiday, I am not impressed so far..............

Great product and the kids love it. Easy instructions but it did take about 6hrs for 2 of us to build. The shipping was terrible though. Swing set was supposed to be deliver Feb 10th but came the 18th and was missing the slide. I called Lifetime directly and they were very nice but slide didn't arrive until March 2nd

Ordered this online and it was shipped freight on a big 18 wheeler. Unloaded nice and neat on a big pallet on my carport. The set itself is nice and sturdy. Take others advice, get all hardware out and all parts inventoried and read the instructions. Everything is clear for the most part, took us a few days. In between rain and double checking everything. If you have 2 people and get a start early it could be done in a day (and with no little ones under foot). Only complaint was one section of the swing bar, you drill a screw directly into the metal instead of having a nut to thread to. It does not catch good and feels loose. Its going anywhere but still, everything on this set gets snugged up good and tight except that one step. Strange. great set though over all. Kids love it
