[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this last summer for our kids ages five, four, and almost two. They love to play on it but it makes me nervous to have the two-year-old climb up the ladder. It's a little bit dangerous for small kids but I think once the kids get a little bit older it will get hours and hours of use. It lasted great through our Utah winter, and we're excited for spring so we can start playing.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas in 2016. We noticed that one of the swing hooks was rusted. I emailed customer service, sent them a picture of it and they sent me a new one within a week. No problems at all and quick response. My daughter absolutely loves it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Playset over 10 years ago and as foster parents we have had countless amounts of foster children who've enjoyed playing on it. We still have children mention this playground when we run into them out in our community. As a retired police officer and mother I enjoy bringing smiles to the children who came to us with no smiles when they arrived. The only downfall is I wished we could extend this set to add more to it but I haven't seen that as a possibility yet. We were thinking how nice it would be to be able to add the monkey bars and possibly two extra swings. We even thought about a Ninja warrior course because more than probably 100 times our children have us time them as the rush through ever single part of the tower and it's options. It is a super fun experience that we can have in our backyard 😀 thank you Lifetime and if you ever open up the idea to allow owners the options to do add-ons please let us know. Many foster children would enjoy such things. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a swingset a little over a year and my swings rusted. They didn't question me or ask me to pay for shipping back like other companies. They just sent me new ones at no cost! I can't say enough great things about their products or customer service. If there is a lifetime product out there buy it and you won't be unhappy. They truely appreciate and value their customers.

Grandparents bought this for my kids and we love it. We had it shipped to us via freight. It was delivered by an 18 wheeler. Thankfully my husband was home to assist the driver unloading it. They ended up breaking apart the crate and removing it piece by piece. It weighs 646 lbs. The next day Go Configure had a gentleman out to put it together. He was a Saint. Poor man worked in the rain and lightning getting it done. He puts these together for a living and it took him 2 days dodging the weather. Great company down to the people calling to verify we were happy. The equipment seems very sturdy. My 230 lbs husband was ip on the second floor of the castle and had no issues. Beware if you put it together by yourself, it is complicated. It is no joke, 300 or 400 screws/bolts/washers/ect. We are extremely happy with it.

I bought this play set thinking metal would endure better than wood! I was sorely mistaken! The whole thing is rusting at all the critical joints making it beyond a safety hazard and the warranty conveniently does not cover rust! I live in Kansas so it isn't even like we are an intensely humid climate or overly rainy. Magnificent waste of money and will NEVER purchase from the company again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this for our church and the kids are absolutely loving it. Not too big for a small playground and not too small for all ages to enjoy. We substituted the trapeze bar for a bucket baby swing (purchased through a local hardware store); and added foam padding to the horizontal support bars in the tower (preventing bumped heads at the slide and ladder entrance). My suggestion is to have patience when putting this together. Lay out all of the pieces in consecutive order and follow the directions exactly. It will take a couple of days.

I elected to build it myself, this is a two man job. I did it by myself and really could have used some help. When I got stuck I called support and they were great. Would be nice if it came with 3 anchors, one for the tower and each A frame leg. As with lifetime, what a great playset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought one of these sets last year for Christmas, thinking that our grandson who is 18 months old would have to wait a while to play on it, not a chance, he is already climbing and sliding like a pro. He has so much fun on it he doesn't want to leave when it's time to go home. We simply love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product with a few hesitations and we were proved wrong! Our first concern was if it was going to be hard to climb up the green metal ladder for our 3yr old son and 2yr old newphew. They both can climb it great and have yet to have a fall! Second I feared they would be bored with it. I was wrong again! I was super surprised just how much they have enjoyed the little car tracks on top the platform. They take their cars out their and play for literally hours. My 6yr old girl loves it and I thought she was the one who would be easily bored with it. I have been super happy with the shade the top provides because we have no trees in our yard and thankfully it keeps them and the platform cool and out of the sun! My only complaint is the slide can get pretty hot in the summer sun! My kids like to use their water toys to water it down and go down in their swimsuits, but again it does get very hot as a caution! All in all we have been very very happy with the quailty and the fun it provides!
