My husband and I bought this to have in our yard for when the grand kids come over. We have been so impressed with this playset! The kids love it and it is built very well. It is a high quality playset and I have recommended it to my friends!

Took about 30 hours to put it together by myself. I had some issues but nothing that caused me to want to hire someone else to do the job. When I found that I was a few nuts and bolts short to finish the roof (my fault, not their's) I called them and they sent me the extra parts at no charge. Great customer service.

We wanted to get a said that they could grow into and this is perfect. We had an issue assembling the a frame and needed new parts. The company was easy to contact and shipped out new polls right away. Could not be happier!

I have a 5, 4 and 2 year old. I would definitely say this play structure is something for older kids. With the two big openings it is just too risky and such a HUGE fall if one of them we're too get too close to an edge. I got this play structure for my kids to play but I end up stressing out the entire time because I fear them falling

Overall it looks amazing and feels sturdy. My husband and his dad just finished putting it together (12-14 hrs) some bolts/holes didn't line up so they had to improvise a few times but my 4 yr old loves it. Only downfall is the chains for the hanging thing aren't nearly long enough as I personally have to raise my hands to hang on (I'm 5.1')

We also bought the kids a lifetime picnic table and they eat on it everyday!!! We love lifetime products they are strong and last without warping. We will always buy lifetime products!!!

This was purchased and assembled in 2014. We have now had this swing set for 7 years. We have a special needs 14 year old now (was 7 when it was purchased) that plays on it regularly along with some adults. No rust and we do get quite a bit of rain and wet winters here. It's just as good now as it was the day it was assembled. If you're looking for something to last for durability and can be used by someone of any age, then this is the play set for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we went to our cousin's house and they have this play set. It was so nice because the kids and us adults could play on it. Its so sturdy and our girls didn't ever want to stop playing. I will be getting this set for my daughter.

My 3 y/o fell through the ladder, busted her lip a little bit. My 1.5 y/o can now climb the ladder as well. I got concerned enough and replaced the original arched ladder with a 13 ft aluminum foldable/adjustable ladder bought at local big box hardware store. I cut one of the ends off and re-attached the rubber ends so it would not be sharp. I then zip tied the ladder to the playset. (Photos attached) It seems sturdy and even I can climb it no problem. This straight ladder feels safer than the original arched ladder.

We had issues with the initial installation tech but LifeTime was GREAT at helping us rectify the issues and had everything fixed up for us very quickly. They were professional, extremely responsive and helpful. This set has already provided a TON of fun for kids ages 3-11.
