We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the purchase of your playset. We would appreciate some more detailed feedback so that we can help make this a better experience for you. We can be reached via email at reviews@lifetime.com.

Putting a playset together when you can't understand the directions sounds like no fun at all. We have a great team of assembly experts that can help and lots of YouTube videos that our customers love. You can find us on live chat on the manufacture site, via phone at 800-225-3865, or on our YouTube channel. We would love to see an update on the playset once your kiddos are able to play.

The steel used to build our playsets are made with a weather resistant powder-coated finish that protects from cracking, warping, rot or splinters. It is made to be rust-resistant. However, we recommend using a rust treatment for extra protection a couple times a year, especially if you live in a high humidity climate. We would be happy to help you get some replacement parts for your playset if needed. You can contact us at 1-800-225-3865.
