We bought this a few months ago, it is wonderful. Super sturdy. It's a beast to put together, but worth the work. I know it will last forever, my parents have a lifetime playset that they have had for 25 years.

Sabrina made my request for rusted out parts a breeze. A reply email from the start took a while because of covid, and some of the replacement parts will take a while because of covid to arrive. Other than things out of there control my experience was great.

We bought this 2 months ago for our boys (6&7) one of which has a slight weight problem. Since we set it up we have had a hard time getting them to come inside. My son has only lost a few pounds but has built muscle and toned up a lot. Thanks so much for getting them out from in front of t.v. and tablets! The have so much fun!!

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. This one star review is based off of the service we received instead of the product itself. Sam's accidentally sent us two of these swing sets when we only ordered one. It was then our responsibility to get this 500+ pound swing set back to the store which is nearly an hour away. After returning the extra on December 18th we still have yet to receive our money back as we were chraged twice when Sam's sent us two swing sets. We have called multiple times and spent hours on hold just to still not have our money back nearly a month later.

We purchased this product 4 months ago and our kids love it!! I have a 3 year old and a 41/2 year old. They are able to use all the activities of this play set. We have also had birthday parties at our house, and all the other children loved it as well!! The slide does get hot during times of extreme heat, but the fact that it won't fade or degrade over time, more than makes up for that. I actually have been trying to find extra parts to add to it, to make it bigger and better!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely great customer service, called to customer service multiple times to Ask questions about the playset before purchasing it. We live in a neighborhood with a very strict HOA and wanted to make sure the materials were accepted. We bought Lifetime Adventure Tower with Monkey Bars, easy to assemble and my son loves it. Also Company honors military families, something that is being lost today in our Great Country.

After the shut down every parent wanted to find something to help their child. A playground was a dream for my daughter. From the driver who delivered it, to assessing it and actually enjoying it. This play set is ideal for any kid. I just wish I had bought it sooner.

I bought this because of all of the features included, the durability of other Lifetime products we own, and because it looks like a quality set that my kids will enjoy for years to come. I only rated 4 stars because we were missing a part (not essential to structural integrity). Customer service has been amazing, though, on initially communicating a production delay, then on assisting us with delivery issues, and finally on getting us the replacements for the missing parts. It took about 10 hours for my husband and I to put together. The kids couldn't wait to get on it!
