This set is as strong as a playground in a public park.. it is strong enough for the Whole family including adults.. the natural tan and green looks great ! We are extremely satisfied with this purchase!

Great swing set kids love it. Instructions are a little hard to understand in some parts but not to bad. Some of the hardware packs are mislabeled but it was towards the end of the acembley so it wasn't to difficult to figure out. Seems to be very well built and sturdy, should last a very long time.

We had to get get some replacement parts for your Adventure Playset. Unfortunately COVID hit and the parts were held up in China for about a year. I worked with Heidi Marion who is one of your Customer Service Reps and she kept me updated of the progress of the shipment. She was awesome throughout this entire process. Many kudos to her!!!

I bought this to put in my parent's backyard as Sam's Club had the best price for this set. It took several adults 2 days to completely build this. My daughter is still too small to use all of the features but it looks like it will hold up well for years to come.

We purchased this product 4 months ago and our kids love it!! I have a 3 year old and a 41/2 year old. They are able to use all the activities of this play set. We have also had birthday parties at our house, and all the other children loved it as well!! The slide does get hot during times of extreme heat, but the fact that it won't fade or degrade over time, more than makes up for that. I actually have been trying to find extra parts to add to it, to make it bigger and better!!!

Excellent quality product! We are very happy with it! Super sturdy and assembly wasn't horrible. We assembled the tower frame over 2 nights in our garage while it was raining then moved it out back for the rest. It took two of us about 10 hours with breaks to fully assemble. Definitely download the app for awesome instructions as the paper instructions can be a bit confusing sometimes. Overall great experience and I would recommend to everyone!

I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering a metal play set but it was relatively straightforward to assemble. There were two steps where I needed a second person. One was getting the roof on top. The other involved two screws in the very center of the tower over and under the floor. My arms just aren't that long and I didn't feel like going inside for tape. The play set is rock solid. There were slight issues with leveling that were easily solved by sliding the slightly higher foot back and forth. Sometimes you had to dig a tiny bit under it so the dirt loosened by sliding had somewhere to go. I will say the plastic flooring for the tower was a bit confusing. No matter what I did, it would not sit the way it was supposed to. However, it was near a good stopping point for the day so I just left it until the next day and the problem solved itself. Sitting flat in the sun allowed the two plastic floors to interlock the way they were supposed to easily. I guess they were slightly warped from travel and needed to flatten out. The top of the slide had a bit of a similar problem with being curved while I was trying to screw it in. A day in the sun fixed that too. Also, the kids LOVE this thing. We put a sand box under the tower. They are always out climbing all over this thing. So are their friends. P.S. Don't put the steering wheel on until last. Getting the swing set bar on around that thing is a PITA.

Of course we couldn't wait for family help to assemble so my husband did the whole thing himself in the 90 degree heat. I helped hold things occasionally but it wasn't usually essential. It took about 12-15 hours I'd say and the directions are pretty good. Very sturdy even with very high swinging and adults playing, too.
