Our new lifetime playset was blown over by the wind, even though we used 2 deep stakes to hold it down. We were able to get replacement parts. It was a simple process and we will buy lifetime in the future.

The kids are loving this play set! The only downside is the railing right above the ladder. We just added a pool noodle to prevent head bumps! Overall this is a great product!

2nd swing set I have purchased from lifetime for my 4 grandgirls. 1st old is almost 10 years old and still like new. Well worth the price as these do last a lifetime. Complicated to assemble but well worth the hard work.

Great piece of play equipment, did take a while to assemble and the instruction book left a lot to be desired. Ended up using the videos online instead and it worked out well.

Although time consuming, yet thorough, the instructions were easy to follow. Kids love it and seems to be made of quality materials which is exactly what we were looking for.

The play set is amazing and durable. We paid for the installation and it was worth every cent. They delivered it and took all the empty boxes. Jon and the other guy were fast and efficient.

We bought this for our grandchildren to play on. They LOVE it! It is built to last for years. It was definitely a chore to assemble--had to make some minor adjustments, but still worth it.

It was exactly what we thought it would be Does take a couple weekends to put together and we were missing a couple bolts at the end of the project.

Bought this for my granddaughters. It's a well-made playset. I lost a few of the bolts during assembly. Lifetime promptly put replacement ones in the mail without charge.
