Great product and quality. It was a little tricky getting it started, however once the tower was put together correctly everything else went pretty quick.

Bought this for my granddaughters. It's a well-made playset. I lost a few of the bolts during assembly. Lifetime promptly put replacement ones in the mail without charge.

It was exactly what we thought it would be Does take a couple weekends to put together and we were missing a couple bolts at the end of the project.

Me husband and a friend set it up. It did take a while to put together, our kids love it . We replaced the ladder that comes with it with a small wooden ladder just to make it easier for little ones and worked out great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE KIDS WERE OUT OF TOWN. BY THE TIME THEY GOT BACK IT WAS ALREADY ASSEMBLY. MY HEART WAS FULL WHEN I SAW THEIR FACES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ran over part of a set and they hooked me up Took great care to get me the stuff I needed to fix it

The kids love this. We followed the instructions by the book. Some instructions were not clear so it took us much longer to put it together. But once we we're finished it was well worth the trouble! It is very nice and sturdy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing strong and sturdy product. Great design, took a few days to build, probably 16 hours in total. Totally worth it!

Great quality. Lots of fun features. Paid someone to put it together which added to the cost, but worth it in the end. I expect years of fun with this set.
