This trampoline was good for 1 year only. If you feel like rebuilding or buying again in 1 year, this is the trampoline for you. Having trouble finding replacement parts. Hardware isn't sufficient to hold this together. our last trampoline lasted much longer.

Purchased as Christmas gift. This is the 2nd trampoline we have owned. Within 4 months many of the screws came out and we're lost in the grass. The legs began to come off. We had to buy replacements. Then in July, 7 months later, one of the steel poles that holds up the net has snapped at the base. No way to fix. Sorry we choose this toy for our family.

We’ve had this trampoline for over a year now and it has not held up like previous trampoline. The electronic shooter has never worked. Three of the six arms bent and when bent back broke. The screws do not stay in so the legs fall off if you try to move it. The design is awkward to put together and the extra netting is for looks only, there is no benefit to it.

When we first got it, it didn’t come with the electron game but put it up anyway then it broke in the first few weeks we had it

Got as a gift for my son for Christmas. So far, seems well constructed and he loves it. Directions were easy to follow, my 15 year old assembled most of this himself.

I bought this with free 2 Day delivery got half one week the other half the next week. It was missing parts and one of the hoops for the spring was split. Terrible experience

The trampoline is very good quality and so nice looking when finished. I will warn that you will need at least 2 people for assembly but 3 or 4 is better. It takes some time but worth it.

This is a very nice trampoline. The only complaint I have is the instructions. It could have been a little more thorough and clear. Hardware was nicely packaged. It took two us an hour and a half to completely assemble it.

Terrible engineering. As you put one thing together, something else comes apart. Nothing lines up as you are building it. It was missing parts. One of the springs was messed up. I have to call about that.

In the process of storing the trampoline over the winter, a couple of the poles were lost/ misplaced! I looked online to a place that sold trampoline parts, and they wanted $120 for 3 poles. So I called SportsPower directly. They were understanding, friendly, and answered the phone right away. My parts arrived in 3 days! It's unfortunate that I'm surprised by excellent service, but SportsPower stands behind their well made Steelflex Trampoline.
