We just recently set up this trampoline. The  quality is very poor. We had pieces that were not threaded for the screws to go in the legs and we had welds down to far in the tubes so that those pieces did not fit together without us fixing it. It took a full day with several people to adjust the pieces so that we could even get the trampoline set up. It does look good when set up but I'm disappointed we had fix their mess ups before we could even assemble

Very cheap quality

after spending a week putting this monster together, we find out that the legs (last pieces to go in) didn't have the holes drilled on the appropriate place to hook them together. contacted vendor who stated they didn't know when replacements will be available.
update: received damaged parts 6 wks after purchase, when summer is over. total disappointment for my child and me!!!

absolute junk

Called the number on the brochure, and the missing parts are out of stock.  No guess as to when they might be available.  In the meantime, all available parts are unpacked and on the floor of the garage waiting for the missing parts to finish constructing this birthday present for our 4 year old great granddaughter.

Missing parts!

Bought this because it was a great price but didn't expect it to be as durable as it is. However,  we bought it and when we set it up, we were missing pieces.  We contacted customer service and they were easy to work with. They shipped them out asap. After that, super easy setup and great purchase. Although I wasnt happy about not getting all of the pieces,  I am ultimately happy that I purchased it. I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.
