Excellent Trampoline - Love it
Very easy to assemble. It took like 4 hours with 2 people but it wasn't hard. The colors are great. This thing looks super pro and special. I love the black and orange combo. Additionally this thing has essentially 2 safety nets. The black mesh you see plus the fish net that goes around that. The springs are on the outside of the trampoline so it's very safe and very solid. This is the best trampoline I've physically seen. Oh and when bouncing on it, the springs are almost silent. You barely hear them. I definitely recommend this trampoline. We all love it. It came with a spring puller tool so don't buy that. It did NOT come with ground stakes though. That you need to buy extra.
Great buy
This is a great trampoline. It was time consuming to put together, but it was worth the effort. I read previous reviews about missing parts, but I had no issues with that so I can only assume they have addressed that issue. I am very happy with this purchase.
Structure is NOT sturdy
*Well, I tried to add photos, but apparently Sam's Club doesn't want me to show anyone what happened, because I keep getting an error message when trying to attach them. There were 3 pictures total: 2 pics of the pole and 1 pic of my child (from the neck down to keep his image intact in case any of his friends, or any acquaintances, see this review. Image is very important when you're 9½ years old). I will keep trying to edit my post in the near future when Sam's Club gets their act together technologically and fixes the error. *I also tried to use emojis throughout my review to lessen my own upset, but Sam's Club doesn't allow the use of emojis in their reviews either. Boooo, Sam's Club (insert mad face emoji here)! *Actual Review from a Real Sam's Club Member, (me) and Purchase has been verified by me also: I purchased this trampoline in November 2019, during a sale, for $199.98. My kids received it as a present for Christmas in December 2019 (I'm including the year for wow-factor). Important to note: this trampoline has a ridiculous amount of parts to it; more than any other trampoline we've owned (we're a military family and this is our 5th one). The legs alone are each made up of 3 pieces that are screwed together. Our other 4 trampolines had legs that were each one piece. Anyways, we waited to set it up until March 15, 2020 when weather was better. Fast forward to today (April 14, 2020), the metal side pole is cracked and bent. My solid, 104 pound, 9½ year old attempted a front flip. I say attempted, because he never fully mastered it before tripping and falling against the side pole (yes, the net gave way as well, but didn't tear). The metal side pole is cracked where the screws go into the holes (yes, I said cracked) and it's also bent. This trampoline only lasted for 30 days (count the days yourself if you don't believe me). I'm extremely disappointed and so are my younger two kids. One I mentioned above and the other one is 11½ years old and 90 pounds. Yes, they were on the trampoline at the same time when this happened, but my 11½ year old was waiting off to the side while my 9½ year old was bringing the magic (almost) until the pole got in his way. Also, the way the pole bent really defies logic when the netting remained unscathed. I would not recommend this trampoline to anyone at this time. I will soon see how easy it is to buy the individual parts needed to fix it. I have included pictures of the pole (the netting is already off) and also a picture of my 9½ year old for reference in case anyone is mean and calls him fat. He is height-weight proportionate, plays 4th grade football (he made weight for his age group, for those of you wondering), and he's almost as tall as me (I'm 5'2"). Let's be honest, there are mean keyboard warriors out there and I want to stop them before they start mean typing. I will update this review after I figure out how easy (or hard) it will be to order parts.
Great trampoline
Trampoline comes in two boxes. Everything was packaged safely. I ordered mine online and it came through FedEx with no issues. Instructions were easy to read and came with all the necessary tools needed to complete assembly. Assembly by myself took about 3 hours. Product is durable and was well worth the money.
HUGE!
Purchased for my 7yo twins birthday. It is a PAIN to put together. Took my husband and a friend nearly all night. However, the final product is pretty awesome looking and seems very sturdy and safe! The "electron shooter" game is garbage, ours didn't work at all and that part is not replaceable! And Sam's wanted to send me a whole new trampoline to replace that dumb game. No thanks! I did buy this on sale so I wasn't too upset that it didn't have a ladder or stakes to secure it down. We purchased those separately. At full price I may have been kinda annoyed at that. Also this thing is very large. I know its 15ft but it's also just an imposing structure when finished. Be sure you have enough space for it!
Pole broke and left a gash in daughters leg
After having this trampoline for a month one of the poles by the zipper opening bent and broke in the wind. Without realizing this had happened my daughter went to play on the trampoline and was left with a large gash on the front of her leg that went from knee to ankle . The trampoline has sat since unused because it is clearly not safe to climb onto with the sharp edge left from the pipe break.
Excellent quality
The build quality of this trampoline is excellent. It took my wife and I about 5 full hours to assemble, We took our time and made sure to read and understand the directions. Overall I would say the build time was what one should expect for this price point. I hope we get several years of enjoyment from this trampoline.
Good quality for the cost
I want to clarify a few things that I tried to find info on before I purchased. The weight limit is stated at 220 MAX, that's not per person. Trampoline does not come with ladder or tie downs. This is our first trampoline so I think it's a great price to see if the kids will play with it as much as they say they will. The set up took my 20 year old sons a few hours to do but they said it wasn't too bad. Overall I think it's well worth the money.
Nice trampoline but needs new jump mat and remote
After getting the jump mat attached with all the springs we noticed a spot where it had been snagged, a small hole in it. The remote to electronic toy thing also does not work. Yes we put batteries in all 3 lol. We followed the instructions and it doesnt work. Overall the trampoline is very nice. Itd be better if a ladder were included with it so it matched nicely but we ordered one that will do. I'll update once we get replacement parts. Hopefully that goes smoothly and quickly.
Great looking and easy to build trampoline
It took about 3 hours for my wife and I to put this trampoline together. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow; I do advise reading through completely before starting though. When completed this is a great looking trampoline. My 4 kids love it and have actually put their phones down to go bounce. It would have 5 stars if it included a ladder and wind stakes.
