I previously owned a sleep number bed that was about 15-20 years old. As i got older and i had to make the bed softer because of arthritis, it caused my neck and shoulders to hurt. I needed something that was comfortable to the body but allowed me to raise my head and upper body in the proper position so that my entire body was in the proper position. the Serta iseries 300 is the answer for me along with the adjustable base. I am sleeping great and i don't wake up several times a night with my hips hurting and having to turn over numerous times during the night. thank you Serta for a wonderful product.

This mattress has very good support for someone who has had back issues my whole adult life and the pillow top is super soft so it's not like laying on the floor. A great combination of support, firmness and softness in all the right spots.

Well we just had the set delivered today. our other set was 12 years old. We did lie on it for a while and because my husband has a bad back (been to emergency room a few times and a chiropractor he said it feels great on his back

The first night on the mattress was great. Time will tell if it is better than my current mattress but so far o good. The warranty and overall product reputation have made me feel confident that the mattress will provide restful nights for years to come.

After waking up day after day (4 years) sleeping on a mattress (Tem__ped_c Clo_d) that claimed to take care of all of our back pains and sleep problems we had enough! Had four other mattresses in four months before this one. Couldn't find the right one. This mattress is by far the best one. This one is a keeper. I sleep on my side on the side of the bed. The other mattresses would sag on edge of bed, this one doesn't. Bed is comfortable. It took me about 2/12 hours testing the mattresses in the showroom. Found the best one. I am not disappointed. Just got are new mattress delivered on 01/30/2018 , have been laying on it an it is the best feeling mattress we have ever bought. Cannot wait to go to bed tonight on our new Serta icomfort hybrid limited edition super pillow top mattress. Will most definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get a good night sleep to buy one of these mattresses. Will keep everyone posted on my sleep but am very, excited about having a great new mattress to sleep on. Thank you very, much Serta for such a great product.

When I sat down on this mattress at the store, I love the plush feeling. Later after I unpacked it and put it on the bed, Oh Wow! It kind of cradles my body, it hold my body in place, whether I'm on side or back, but it is so soft at the same time. Firm enough to support my body, soft enough like a cloud. I also have to talk about the packing. Wow, very thoughtful packing. It comes in a box that has hand holders in all the right place, plus, wheels!! Thinking about putting wheels on the box for handling, is brilliant! I'm looking forward to using this mattress for a very long time!
