This mattress was delivered when expected and was comfortable immediately. The top layer makes sheets fit awkwardly and it is so tall most people may prefer to use on a platform or with low profile box springs.

I slept on this for about 3 hours. Then woke up and went to the couch. Total junk. Called to have it returned, (supposed to have a great return policy) and it's still in my living room , 3 weeks later. Unbelievable nightmare

This is, without a doubt, the best mattress I have ever owned. I don't like sleeping hot, and it has never been a problem. I usually fall asleep on my side but I wake up on my back. I don't wake up stiff or numb anywhere, and the quality of my sleep improved. When I hear someone is looking for a new mattress, I tell them to come to my house and lie down on my bed.

Received with a large 3' x 3' bubble in the pillow top section of the mattress, I look forward to an exchange, but meanwhile I must live with the inconvenience of this giant bubble, a monetary credit would surely ease the pain and affirm the customer service for future business, but maybe that is expecting too much !

Had this mattress for a few weeks now! Seems to have softened up since the first night but sleeps great!

It is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever owned.

I previously owned a sleep number bed that was about 15-20 years old. As i got older and i had to make the bed softer because of arthritis, it caused my neck and shoulders to hurt. I needed something that was comfortable to the body but allowed me to raise my head and upper body in the proper position so that my entire body was in the proper position. the Serta iseries 300 is the answer for me along with the adjustable base. I am sleeping great and i don't wake up several times a night with my hips hurting and having to turn over numerous times during the night. thank you Serta for a wonderful product.
