The perfect bed for us. We do not like firm or too soft and this is towards the softer side but still has great stability. We get a good night sleep now.

I love this mattress. Exactly what I was looking for. I have many back problems and used to toss and turn all night. Now I hardly move during the night and wake up feeling so much better!

So comfortable!

The reason I gave this 4 stars was for the exceptional return policy offered by Sam's Club. After 2 back surgeries and a hip replacement in the last 2 years, finding a comfortable mattress has been a real chore. I thought a nice soft comfy mattress would make my body happy, but instead it didn't offer the needed support for my back. I immediately asked for a return and Sam's Club accommodated my request without issue. Although this mattress was not for me, if you're  looking for a very soft sink into it type mattress, then you may like this Serta.

Super soft....but I returned it.....

We have had this mattress for about a week and at first I thought I loved it because it basically holds you like a cloud. But after a few nights of literally having to crawl out of bed I realized that it is just a bit too soft. You really sink down into it and it hugs you which I thought I would like but makes it hard to move around and when our kiddos are in the bed they are basically sucked toward us by gravity. If you want to sleep on a cloud hen this is perfect, we just need a bit more firmness.

There is such a thing as too soft!

Had this mattress for 6 days now. Wife and I both find it to be comfortable for us BUT right after delivery guys left, I noticed a large bubble towards the top and right in the middle. Not made correctly? Stored wrong? What the h..l? Called and talked to a gal who said to place something heavy on the bubble for a week or so and see if it smooths out. Seems to have helped some but still not right as of yet. Will be exchanging it if not solved.

Comfortable but...............

Only issue I had was when it was delivered the mattress edge was dirty on 1 side. Looked like someone dragged it on a warehouse floor. We are awaiting for Serta to correct the issue.

Mattress is very comfortable.

The mattress is good but after it was delivered, the delivery company told me that they didn't do haulaway for old mattresses anymore and I would have to request for Sam's Club to take my old mattress.

Haulaway

I was tired of my firm plush mattress and wanted something much softer. I searched through many mattresses and found this one. It seemed very soft in the store, but the one I received is stiff as a board. Much harder than my previous one.

Not so super

It hurts my back as it gets compress and stays that way until you are on the bed. very uncomfortable for long sleep as it becomes very difficult to change sleeping positions.

not so great

I slept on this for about 3 hours. Then woke up and went to the couch. Total junk. Called to have it returned, (supposed to have a great return policy) and it's still in my living room , 3 weeks later. Unbelievable nightmare
