This mattress has just e right amount of support plus softness. It provides more support and comfort then my last mattress . The quality is a great improvement over my last one. I have seen a lot of advertisements for Serta and am pleased to see the product lives up to your ads. Jim

We love the comfort of these beds. We purchased two twin extra long and nice to have separate, side-by-side beds that we can easily adjust to our own comfort levels. I have acid reflux, and because I can adjust the height, I no longer have problems at night with that, so get a really good nights rest! One minor thing that I don't like is that we have to make up two beds so need to pull them apart when we do that.

My wife and I just purchased our 5th Serta. Serta has never let us down and that is why we continue to purchase them when it is time for a mattress. We first started our Serta experience when we stayed in a hotel years ago. We slept so good on that mattress that we pulled the sheets back to see what we were sleeping on. The most recent purchase is for our new home and again Serta has out done themselves. It is so comfortable, well made and very reasonably priced. We sleep so well on our Serta in our home that we have replaced the mattress in the RV so when we travel we have the same comfort away from home as we do at home. Anytime we have a guests stay with us and we don't have enough room in the house we have them sleep in the RV. They always say "that is a comfortable bed you have in the RV" Of course we always tell them, "it is a Serta and we would buy nothing else" Keep making a great product and we will continue to buy a Serta when it comes time to replace or purchase again.

i bought this mattress 2 years ago for use with an adjustable frame, and it helped my back pain. But it was so soft i couldn't sit on the edges, and a few months ago it began to sag in the middle to the point that it is now unusable. I've tried it on a regular frame with the same result.

I like the comfortable super pillow top. There is major difference, which is good, between this mattress and our old. Both my husband and myself have had improved sleep since the purchase of our mattress. All we knew when making the purchase was we wanted something comfortable and not firm. Of all the mattresses we tried, we could not find one that was more comfortable than this. We both liked it and we have enjoyed it ever since.

I have had a Denver mattress for the last 8 years and it was simply too firm which has increased the hip pain I have endured for the last 3 years. Decided on the medium firm iComfort hybrid for support but without pressure. I also purchased an adjustable frame to elevate head and /or feet for additional positions.

I tried it in store and had to decide if I wanted soft, medium or firm. I got firm as I was told it would be best for my back. Needless to say I do not like it, I actually sleep on my couch now more than my bed. As a side sleeper I should have gotten a soft or medium at the most. This is an expensive lesson learned sadly. Next time I will focus on how I sleep more than other things. I know I would be happier if I did. Also, with many people trying out the mattress in store, they are softer than a new one you will get so keep that in mind also. Signed, soreand sleepless on my Serta sadly.

We had a "sleep number knock off" bed. The inflation mechanism malfunctioned and it went completely flat on one side each night. We started sleeping on our Sealy pillowtop in the guest room, and really liked the combination of memory foam and inerspring. Naturally when we went shopping for a new mattress we shopped Sealy. The combination of the gel foam, memory foam and innerspring is fabulous: soft enough for all my aches and pains and enough support to keep my back in shape. Best mattress I've ever had.

Sleep has improved. We purchased two twins for adjustable bases. The firm hybrid compared to other firm mattresses we tested and have owned is perfect for those who like a firmer mattress; not too soft, but also not so rigid. Didn't have to "break it in". It was perfect the first night. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.

I love the pillowtop on this mattress and love the hybrid. I'm not a huge fan of memory foam after awhile so i love how this has the comfort and feel of the memory foam without the sinking in and impressions in the mattress left behind. I'm 8 months pregnant and don't even use my pregnancy pillow anymore after purchasing my new mattress...I used to hate having to stay in bed and rest but now i don't mind it all!!
