Had this TV for 2wks. Beautiful picture. Most streaming apps needed were supported and work flawlessly (no Crunchyroll). Samsung TV Plus is a bonus. I also Bluetooth connect to a Samsung HW-S800B soundbar for this system update, great companion when it works. Bluetooth audio is not the best choice for audiophiles but for a 2.1 setup I don't care. Every ~3 days the TV Bluetooth will stop working with any device (phone, soundbar, headphones), and the only way to resolve the connection issue is by removing the power cord from the outlet (also I recently figured out that holding the power button for 3 seconds also does a hard power reset). I also noticed that the network will not connect when it is in this state too (Currently using Ethernet). What is weird about this is streaming still works, just the network diagnostics are offline. Bluetooth also had distorted audio in the periods of TV use. Because of the Bluetooth stopping and noise issue, I decided to connect via HDMI (EARC). I didn't want to do this because I have 4 HDMI devices to connect and a key specification I had when purchasing. Connected the soundbar via HDMI to port 3 (EARC) and you would think this would be the end. NO. The soundbar is not recognized by the TV. The TV sees a device but doesn't know what this is. Connecting a Samsung TV to a Samsung Soundbar with a Samsung-supplied cable should have been a no-brainer. Samsung chat support is a waste of time. 70 minutes on chat to repeat what I already had entered in pre-chat. I finally disconnected after waiting 25 minutes since the last response. Not sure where I go from here, I'll probably end up calling support but have no confidence in a solution. Seems like there is a firmware update needed to support the S800b soundbar and fix connection issues.

The Dolby speakers on the Tv are amazing with beautiful crisp sound. The Tv just has so many features that make it easy to have. The controller design is amazing and very easy to use. I truly love the Tv and regret nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this tv. Great picture, makes everything look so much better then my old sharp aquos tv. The small issues I have is the remote isn't back-lit, and the tv will randomly turn on my ps5 or Xbox because it was the last thing on.

I have had my TV now for about a month and the picture is incredible. The only issue that I have had is that it would not connect to my network a couple of times. I unplugged the electronics and repowered it and everything worked fine again. I have to use a Google Chromecast with my TV because the operating system doesn't support the Tablo app that I need for my over the air TV. It did instantly recognize the Chromecast and will still control it with the new remote, so while it is a little bit of a pain, it still works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QN800B is the first 8k TV I've owned and it will be hard to go back to a 4k TV again. I know, I know… there is very little content available in true 8k. That's absolutely right. But Samsung has hit one out of the park this year with its Neural Quantum Processor—that's tech for upscaling. 4k content looks so much better on this TV than it does on my Samsung Q90T and Q90R. I can even see an improvement in 1080p content. One of the major reasons to choose an OLED over QLED is the backlight and contrast. With the QN800B, the differences between the two technologies are even smaller. Backlight bleed is extremely minimal and only barely apparent in completely dark environments. This is a testament to the MiniLED 14-bit backlight upgraded from last years model. Now to talk about where this TV really shines… its brightness (pun intended). The TV is capable of extreme peak brightness and HDR content is STUNNING! OLED can't even come close to competing here. Aesthetically, the TV looks great too. Its very thin at 0.7” and the slim-mount wall mount really does put this TV right up against the wall. In summary, this is simply an amazing TV and recommend it to anyone looking. -I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion

Movies, tv series even we hooked our Nintendo Wii and looks awesome. The dark picture are great. Also love the app store. Will recommend 100%. R Rivera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every friend I have over just looks at this TV and says WOW! the Quantum Matrix Pro features mini LEDs that bring every picture on the screen to life and do not disappoint. Add in the real depth enhancer feature and images fell like they surround you. The 8k processor was made to keep up with this level of picture excellence - everything we watch flows smoothly and seamlessly. I love how slim the TV is as it just hugs the wall and matches the minimalist decor of our home. The Dolby Atmos Object Tracking sound really finishes off the TV watching experience - sound comes at you from every direction with crystal clear quality.

I just had it delivered and set the entire tv up. Then found 3 areas damaged on the chrome frame piece that goes around the TV. It's not a dent it's going outward so it came from manufacturing. I wish I seen it before setting the entire tv up. Now have to box it up and return to store. Find someone to help me. Not happy. The picture and sound was so good. I'm alittle worried to rebuy it and same problem
