Every TV I have in my house (6) is a Samsung and I also ordered the new Samsung Sound Bar with my new 85” TV. The main things that are important when getting a new TV are picture quality and dependability. We want a beautiful picture every single time we turn on our set and that is what you always get with Samsung. If you buy anything else that is on you. Do yourself a huge favor BUY SAMSUNG! You will be very glad that you did for many years to come.

We use this for everyday TV, watching high quality movies at home with our light set up and it picks up the colors perfectly. We use it for gaming and we can see perfectly. The apps work seamlessly with no issues we can easily stream our phones to it. I use my mart devices to control it with no issues. The color is so clear my dog even barks at the dogs thinking they are real. I will also turn to Samsung as my tv choice since my other brand TVs cause me issues using the smart functions.

The tv remote allows quick access to the Netflix app and ease of transitioning from app to app is extremely convenient. One of the favorite features is the ability to watch two different screens on one screen at the same time, it's great for football season! I highly recommend this tv, Samsung blows it out of the park again. Ever since I purchased my first Samsung television I will buy nothing else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main reason I got the pretty giant TV was video games. Surprisingly, reading all that small text from the couch gets harder as you get older. Along with being able to read now, the variable refresh and HDR really do add a lot to the experience. The addition of Samsung TV (the service) being built-in gives a ton of stuff to watch when I'm not gaming, including 4K stuff (TV upscales things to 8K) The brightness is downright astounding, even with full sun it's still a pleasure, the reflection isn't generally noticeable except when there is an extremely dark scene, and you probably aren't watching those things in the middle of the day. The ai driven sound direct isn't noticeable usually except when you bring up the guide and is does PIP in the corner, amuses me when it puts all of the sound by it. For sports folk, you can split screen so you could watch a game while someone else watches a show. You only get sound on one, but sports don't really need it. The pictures is big enough that big things are comfortable to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially unboxing, the TV worked great. I noticed a thumbprint sized bright spot on the bottom left corner. Over time I have noticed 2 small black spots that are on the very bottom of the middle area. Other than these 2 issues, the TV is great and has very good picture. I had an OLED 4k TV before and the only thing I would say that this TV is lacking compared to the OLED is the lighting while on blacks and near blacks. The absolute advantage the NEO QLED has over the OLED is the inability to get OLED burn. Overall the TV is very good and I would recommend.

I really wanted this TV. Did a lot of research, and this is the one. Except that it wasn't. I had to order this state of the art TV, its just not available in the stores. I now know why. Once assembled, the TV forced me to set up an account with Samsung, required a software update, and locked up. No amount of unplugging restarts, unlocked it. Tech support was a study in frustration. Ex: Hold the up volume and press the "4" key. I don't have a "4" key the remote does not have a number pad. Ok, but try to press the up volume and hold the "4" key. After trying that with me several times a supervisor got involved. The supervisor: Hold the up volume button and press the number 4. Me, "No, there is no number 4". after 2 more tries, ok, unplug your modem. that failing, ok unplug your cable box. Fail as well. Returned to store. Save yourself a migraine. Do not purchase this model TV.

The tv was broken. I bought two tv and both were damaged.

we bought this tv and the picture is great but the speakers were horrible with anything that had base over 20 volume. we found a fix for this issue when streaming by turning off the smart adjusted volume but when watching movies we can't watch anything over 15-20 volume without a god awful vibrating noise coming from the speakers during dramatic music or base. do not buy his unless you plan to buy a sound bar and sub to go with it.

This is the very first major issue I've had with Samsung and this is also the highest priced item I've ever got from Samsung. My 65' TV keeps power cycling on it's own, I've only had this TV for a few hours, went through the troubleshooting steps. Customer service was helpful. Just waiting for a tech to come out. It's an understatement to say I'm disappointed. I hope the tech can fix this issue.
