Purchased the tv two months ago and am extremely happy with my purchase. The 8k picture was a big step up from my old 4K tv. I am also happy that the tv sound works in conjunction with my sound bar as opposed to only have sound come out of one or the other.

No need for replacement batteries all the time. The picture quality is amazing I have yet to see even display models look as good. ❤️ My new tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 65” Class QN800B Samsung Neo QLED 8K Smart TV is just spectacular. The TV itself is super slim, so it can be mounted to a wall with minimal protrusion or, attached to a free standing base which is what I chose to do. For connection, a One Connect box that is about the same size as a small laptop is included and contains four HDMI ports. You have the option of mounting the One Connect to the back of the base or leaving it free standing. I chose to mount it to the back of the base so it is concealed. All of the connection wires go into the control box, and then just one wire goes to the TV, which adds to the clean look of the One Connect. For those who dislike a bunch of messy wires, this feature is definitely for you. The unboxing to powering up is pretty simple and doesn't take more than 15 minutes or so, but I suggest having another person handy because it's somewhat heavy and needs to be laid face down to attach the base. The TV itself and the free standing base is very well made overall. Set up is easy, and if you have a Samsung phone, even easier. Gone are the days that fingers would be crossed when it comes time to actually power up after connecting; the whole successful process took about 10 minutes, if that. The picture quality is amazing, there is no doubt about that. The QLED, combined with mini LED back lights and adaptive picture provides really rich blacks and vibrant colors across the spectrum. The quality is consistent, too, whether the room is sunlit or lamp lit, with the picture being equally as crisp and clear in both settings.The sound quality is above par as well. I have a 65” 4K QLED which I had to add a sound bar to in order for optimal sound. I was pleasantly surprised that this model has small speakers inlaid on the back of the unit, which provides really good audio, and also, the surround sound works great. Some of the “fun” features of this TV include a solar remote and different modes such as Filmaker. Additionally, the ambient mode is ready to make the TV into a work of art when you aren't watching TV or gaming. I definitely think this TV is something that is a worthwhile must have for those who really enjoy watching TV and or gaming as it does not disappoint in either picture or sound quality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first model of this TV that I got did not work at all. It power cycled on and off continuously and had to be replaced. The second model I got worked. However, both models had a design flaw with the back panel. As you can see in the picture at the bottom right of the TV in the back the glue is coming off. Both TVs had this problem. It is possible that after years of heat the glue may become worse in the back and may need to be re-glued. The last negative that I have with this model, as you can see from the picture, is that if you are mounting it the mounting brackets go right over the plug that is required to connect to the circuit board. Spacers are required to not pinch the cable to the circuit board. Now onto the good news, this TV has excellent picture quality. The built-in speakers are better than any of my other Samsung TVs, and I have several. The 8K quality is outstanding. It almost gives a 3-D view. It gives the depth of people's faces and brilliant colors in high definition. Though it may have some design flaws I would highly recommend this TV. We watch the games and it is amazing to see the sweat of the players!!! Size, weight and easy to install a plus. Audio is great and works perfectly, but we add the Samsung soundbar we had before, so now it is a boom! I will definitely recommend this TV: price quality worth it and make it one of its kind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television is an excellent specimen for the focus of an entertainment center. The picture is phenomenal, the sound is impressive, the software is responsive and the features are encompassing and intuitive.

I purchased an 85" QN800B during Black Friday 2022. The picture was phenomenal, but the speakers made an awful rattle at most volume intervals. I requested an exchange, about a month later the new TV arrived, it looked and sounded so much better. However, that only lasted for about an hour then the TV just crashed. The one connect box no longer received power. So another month goes and I tried to power up the second exchange and it doesn't even power on. I denied the shipment and I am now in the refund process. I have Samsung everything, the products have always been great in the past. But this has been an awful experience, I've barely had any time to enjoy this expensive product and I've had it since November.
