Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I think the one I received was a return though. There was no screws to attach the control console and no instructions or manual in the box. The treadmill is heavy duty and runs very quiet.

Got error code after third use. The company was willing to take it back, but who wants to pack the huge machine back up. I'm using it even though I get the error code every other day.

This product is just right for me. It is exactly what I needed to keep up with my walking. The price was great, also. It was a little harder to assemble than indicated, but once I figured it out it worked just fine. I have been very well pleased.

The treadmill is great. Took it out of the box with not problem and it worked. Did not have to call for instructions or take it back. Once again great product.

The treadmill is wonderful. One of the great things was that it was easy to assemble. I get a good work out without having to battle the winter elements.

It was easy to assemble, the only problem we encountered was that the small plastic ball on the pullout stop came off from its shafted we had to glue it back in place. The actual operation of the treadmill is trouble free and quite satisfactory

can't believe that it didn't work after a month called the service line (custom service) they sent me a replacement computer board and after a month it stopped again called the customer service again it just rang and rang no one could answer the phone for days I'd call still no answer now the 90day warranty is over stuck with a 500$ piece of metal can't believe I wasted cash on it needed it for therapy got it for me because I was so heavy 300 lbs from a war injury bumming now .

I love this machine.... Though, I'm very concerned for my safety. I saw in the photos, the model didn't have the safety clip on. I also chose not to wear it, I fell and got treadmill burn all over my face and chest. Instructions not clear. They were well written though. Please always wear the safety clip, because now I wear a jumbo bandaid on my face.

This treadmill has all the features of those at the commercial gyms. It is not as heavy duty but won't get the use/abuse they get. I love it because the tread is not as long as the standard, which keeps it from dominating space in the room. It is too short to run on but perfect for walking. It is REALLY HEAVY. Have help to bring it in.

I'm a 62 year old female who has rheumatoid arthritis and pulmonary fibrosis. I knew that all I needed was a walking treadmill. This is perfect for me! It reads your pulse on the handlebars! That feature is really nice! It took a little while to put it together but that worked out fine. I made a dumb mistake; I put the computer console on to where it was reading upside down when I stepped on the treadmill! Had to take it off and put it on correctly! NOTE: IT WILL TAKE YOU TWO PEOPLE TO GET THE BOX INSIDE YOUR HOUSE, UNLESS YOU'RE REALLY, REALLY STRONG!
