I have it set up and used it. The problem is when you use it, it does not stop completely. When you hit the stop button and get off, the treadmill belt still runs very slowly. My husband called the company because when we received the package , there was a part that was damaged. He then asked for a tech support, which they dont have. He explained what was wrong and they said check the wires in the handles. Sounds complicated. Dont know who to contact about this.

I have been using the treadmill for about 2 weeks now, give or take, and the treadmill has been good to us. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality treadmill to use. The shipping however was horrible and I believe Walmart needs to consider another carrier, delivered by FedEx. The box was delivered to the far side of my garage, no place near any used door, and left in the open where someone could steal it. They never even bothered to try and knock on the door to see if I was there, just plain lazy. The box was only held together by two pieces of tape on the same side and the box was torn and had some holes in it. The packing Styrofoam was cracked inside but luckily the treadmill survived.

We were looking for a sturdy treadmill, with a good weight limit and ability to accomodate an incline. It is all of these things, a good value. Keep in mind that the incline is manual. . .it is not push button and cannot be adjusted while still using the treadmill. This was not clear in the product description. Pretty quick to put together and very useful though!

This is for WALKING and it is rated for the big people (up to 400 lbs) where most machines stop at 250 lbs (not enough for me) and it only goes up to 4 miles per hour so you can't run on it. It doesn't fold or compact in any way so be ready to have it out all the time.

Treadmill is as advertised. Good value, runs quiet.

I love this, it goes slow for me so i can start out slow. its all great for me.
