I have used others in the past but as of today 10/3/14 I have found an amazing undergarment for incontinence, never have I found one so comfortable and soft and they absorb wetness so well. they don't scratch or scrape your skin like most products do ... oh my, where oh where have you been for so long, Always Undergarments?I love you!!!

They are soft have a very slight soft scent, feel just like Im wearing my own briefs Cannot see them through my shorts no chafing all night.they hold more than just leaksI did get Largeand probably could wear S/M my waist is 36" I had a Stroke and have half body weakness I sit a lot! So comfortable is a must and these are awesome!

I got the XL underwear as I am a plus size woman. My waist is 56" and I weigh 300lbs. I am constantly pulling this underwear up and because of that, it is very uncomfortable. I hope that Always will offer bigger sizes for us plus sized women. For now, I am again searching for underwear that fits me and is comfortable and gives me confidence that I am discreetly protected.
