This is my first time using this and I was pleasantly surprise. I am current dealing with a medical problem so I thought I this would help after my surgery. Its comfortable. It does what it say “no leak”. You just have to get use to the sound of the material. Lets be realistic its not really your regular undergarment. But if you need it for what it’s meant to be, then it’s perfect. I have bought the product more than ones. Sizing is on point. I have recommended to my sister who just had a surgery herself. Try it.

These garments are terrific. They protect me from all leaks %26 moments of embarrassments. i went thru every brand %26 type before finding Always Discreet %26 I've never had them fall apart, rip, leak or become saggy. I have used other brands of incontinence underwear and they are not as comfortable and do not absorb liquid as well. They do a good job of preventing soiled clothes and embarrassment.. They fit well and no one can tell that you are wearing them

They fit me well. Been using for a few years. At nite I use an extra pad for just in case moments. Works for me. Im on a strict income and I can afford them. Some other diapers are too expensive. Im very lucky to have this option. Thank You Walmart ♡

As compared to the store brand that i was wearing for years, Always has a Much better fit, the they don't feel saggy like the others! Also they are Much more absorbant and has Way fewer leaks ! The only thing not so great about these is they do cost a little more. But the price is still less than Depends or some other brands. So for me, the good out weights the difference in price.

Great for postpartum or monthly cycles. Nice breathable fabric but unfortunately has a scent which I did not see on the product as advertised. The material is a bit tight around the leg area so would suggest going up a size. There is no need to put a pad inside as I found them to be protective as is.

My mom has been wearing, due to cancer, pull-ups for over 2 years. She uses Depends, I decided to try these out, she says they are not as absorbent.

Always Discreet Maximum S/M Work as described, too bad manufacturers don’t make disposable underwear for women who suffer colitis ( watery diarrhea). The inside pad comes unstuck at times, and isn’t wide enough for diarrhea. Urine incontinence, yes these are fine for, and are basically the same as other brands. I can’t see a difference.

Would have been nice if the box was clear about this product having perfume in it. I have a medical condition where I cannot be around strong scents and why would there be perfume added to a product that goes where it does???? In fine print very small on the side of the box it states perfume but nowhere else. Had a reaction as soon as I put them on. They also feel like paper. Horribly uncomfortable. The Walmart Assurance brand is WAY better.
