[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are good and don’t leak too badly. Sizing is definitely a little off for some reason. These seem to run on the smaller side. Overall they are a good product. I would recommend but possibly size up on them.

I love that they are making their underwear out of fabric that is quiet. I mean that it doesn't sound like plastic when you touch it. And the pads are super absorbent too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear are amazing at controlling leaks and keeping you dry for hours. They are thin, look very similar to traditional fabric underwear, and can be worn discreetly with even with the tightest of leggings. Odors are contained and comfort is maintained, even during an overnight sleep. I will "always" keep these on hand!

I don't use them for bladder control. I use the Descreets for my cycles. I have very heavy cycles and I found that the Descreets are very helpful during my heavy cycles days. I don't have to worry about if I have messed up my clothes while I am out in public. The Descreets give me comfort and security during heavy cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always discreet maximum underwear is a great product. they offer super absorbency. The absorbent core turns your output of liquid into a gel. They fit wonderfully as they are form fitted all the way around your body. Feels like a normal panty. These come in different sizes for various body sizes. They also come in different designs (full coverage and a bikini panty).

I have tested many different brands but these to me are the best due to the fragrance, pretty coloring,and overall ability to hold leaks. I used to use Tena pads or Depend brand but they are just not as good as these, and anyone who has incontinence I suggest these.

The outside covering is super soft, and and it isn't crinkly at all. So you can't hear it and know that I am wearing it. The inside lining is super absorbant and so soft!
