I am a senior and also a cancer survivor. I had radiation that damaged my bladder and lower bowel. I was recommended these by a friend, and am I ever glad I followed her advise,!! I got these for my mom; she says they work well for her and offer her a sense of security when she's out & about and may not be able to find or make it to a restroom in time. Although they're not as comfortable as regular underwear, they're not uncomfortable to wear and don't feel like a heavy diaper. Overall she's happy with them.

Daughter prefers wearing these overnight on 'heavy' period nights and thought these would be fine. They are besides the fact they are very bulky and tall. Do exactly what we want them to but they feel like pull on diapers more than an actual discreet pair or underwear and given the name I just thought they'd feel differently than they do is all.

I wear them under my clothes during the day sometimes for heavy flow days so I don't have leaks, and nobody can tell I'm wearing them.
