They are very comfortable and I’m able to wear them all day and sometimes I forget that they are disposable. The maximum protection allows me to wear them all through the night

I like all of the features except comfort is lacking. The core feels bulky and bunched. Maybe it should be a narrowed a little. I've compared Poise and Always pads and switch between both. The core of the 360 fit feels like wadded up cotton between the legs other than that it beats out Depends and all off brand products. So now I need to find a product that have all the features of the 360 fit plus core comfort. Guess I'll be using the pads even though at times I need more.

I much prefer this product to Depend, even though Depend has a men's product. I like this underwear better because it has double leak guards and absorbency throughout the whole garment rather than in just the front or the middle. It does not feel like paper. It does not feel nasty when wet. Ultimately, its the best for keeping it a secret that I don't always make it to the bathroom in time.

I have been buying another "high end" brand for a number of years. Post colonrectal cancer lots of bladder issues caused by radiation/chemo means that bladder and bowels are not "reliable. Saw the Always brand and thought I would give them a try. Love them!!! The only problem is they are hard to find almost always sold out on the LX large size I can wear the L but they are too short in the back....LX is perfect. Sold out lots of times in Canada....just hate to have to revert to the "expensive" brand. thanks, Joyce Canada

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the "Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear" and decided to use them on a road trip. I am glad I did, if you have a bladder the size of a peanut, these are great for the wait for a rest area 20 miles ahead. Nice thing is you can throw them away and put on new pair and not worry about odor. I picked the peach color because of the clothes I wear and they have a cute design on them to look like real underwear.

Great for heavy days and when I'm sleeping, These saved me from buying new underwear and also helped me from feeling unnatural, never leaked or smelled. I have tried many different brands and this is the best. I highly recommend it.

The absorption is great, no complaints there! I don't really feel like they're 'discreet' but probably a step above other brands.

They are great to use not only during a period but postpartum and for other issues. I find myself gifting these to many new mothers as they are so comfortable and absorbent.

I am currently pregnant and have issues with being constantly moist, especially during the summer time heat right now. These underwear are comfortable and feel like regular underwear. They help to keep me staying nice and dry.
