I have been using pads for a long time, I'm 47 and had a hysterectomy when I was 27, since then I have had a leak problem, mostly when I laugh, cough or something like that...takes the fun out of laughing when you worry about leaking. I found the discreet pads to work well during the day, but at night or when I have a cold these are perfect, how funny is it that people worry about how they look, they are under your clothes. I first used them from the samples I received, I used them all even the small that didn't fit I cut the sides and put it in my underwear. The scent is a bit much but better than smelling like urine.

I just find them very bulky and feel as though i have a diaper on. my daughter even told me she can hear it when I walk by. They do hold a lot but not worth the feeling of wearing a diaper. They would be perfect for night time, I just wouldn't recommend for day time use.

I didn't have any bunching or tearing in the fit, however, they felt itchy and were uncomfortable to wear. They had good protection and coverage.

This product has been fantastic. I am a college student new to dealing with incontinence and these underwear have been so helpful. I no longer worry about missing classes or avoid going out with friends. I can still wear all of my favorite clothes, even leggings, and no one knows I have them on! Always, thank you for this product. As long as I have to deal with incontinence, these will be my product of choice.

They slip on like underwear, breathable and don't feel like i have a diaper on. No odors and i can go to work feeling protected and not worried if i leaked thru or not.

I was worried that it may be itchy because I am extremely sensitive to scratchiness. I was wrong. This disposable underwear was soft and barely noticeable.. I never once realized I was wearing a diaper. A note about the sizing - I was on the borderline between s/m and lg. I chose the smaller size. If I were to do it again, I think I would go ahead and size up. The smaller size fits, but was difficult to put on after my shower, whereas I would not have had trouble with the larger size. Overall excellent experience. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone needing a little extra protection.

They are true to fit and work as intended. You will not be able to tell you're wearing them as they fit similar to any underwear you wear daily.

These underwear are a great bargain. I use them at nighttime. No worries about starting to sleep through an accident and have to dash to bathroom. I usually have to pick up pets who sleep all around us. I went by reviews for my first package of underwear to find my best fit. These underwear are too bulky for use during the daytime.
