[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These discrete underwear have been great to use for my monthly cycle. I haven’t had any issues with leakage. They are super absorbent and comfortable to wear. It’s lightweight and long enough to give you full coverage. I love using Always brand.

These underwear do not show through leggings. So score! They are comfortable and absorbent. Most importantly they allow me to safely get my exercise in without worrying about potty issues.

I didn’t feel that wet at all when I had a little accident and the sides of the underwear didn’t leave indentation marks in my inner thigh like some other brands do. Fit was perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Protection Underwear aren't that impressive in my opinion. I found them to be poorly made, not very absorbent and certainly not discreet. They are puffy and uncomfortable. I am not a fan and do not recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear fit well and are comfortable to wear throughout the day or overnight. These are lightly scented which it smells nice but I usually prefer pads and underwear to be unscented. Hopefully they carry an unscented version too. This is super absorbent and protects you from having any accidents. It’s nice to slip these on just like underwear and then dispose of them just as easily. They can be used for postpartum or if you have accidental leaks.

They are very comfortable and I’m able to wear them all day and sometimes I forget that they are disposable. The maximum protection allows me to wear them all through the night

I like all of the features except comfort is lacking. The core feels bulky and bunched. Maybe it should be a narrowed a little. I've compared Poise and Always pads and switch between both. The core of the 360 fit feels like wadded up cotton between the legs other than that it beats out Depends and all off brand products. So now I need to find a product that have all the features of the 360 fit plus core comfort. Guess I'll be using the pads even though at times I need more.

I much prefer this product to Depend, even though Depend has a men's product. I like this underwear better because it has double leak guards and absorbency throughout the whole garment rather than in just the front or the middle. It does not feel like paper. It does not feel nasty when wet. Ultimately, its the best for keeping it a secret that I don't always make it to the bathroom in time.

I have been buying another "high end" brand for a number of years. Post colonrectal cancer lots of bladder issues caused by radiation/chemo means that bladder and bowels are not "reliable. Saw the Always brand and thought I would give them a try. Love them!!! The only problem is they are hard to find almost always sold out on the LX large size I can wear the L but they are too short in the back....LX is perfect. Sold out lots of times in Canada....just hate to have to revert to the "expensive" brand. thanks, Joyce Canada
