I like the fact that I feel like I have underwear on and not a diaper. I now feel more relaxed when I go out of the house. I have never had a problem with leakage or feeling damp. I would recommend Always Discreet to any woman who has the same problem.

I expected them to be a lot thinner material and not look as much like a diaper but they basically were just like wearing a diaper unfortunately. they definitely do run true to size though. not for me but maybe for somebody else

The Always Discreet Underwear (Maximum) is the best protection. I'm only in my 30's and have gone through chemo and radiation over the past several months and unfortunately the "leaking" is a side effect. They accidentally pierced my bladder so when I tell you that I have a leaking problem, that's an understatement. I'm writing all of this so if there's anyone out there who needs maximum protection 24/7 like I do, the Discreet underwear is a lifesaver! Much more absorbent and softer than other brands and have a much better fit on the elastic for the inner thigh area so leaking is not an issue. Thank you Always - I can actually sleep for a few hours at a time at night instead of being woken up because of an accident.
