These potatoes are tender and have a creamy consistency. I love that their peels are thin enough you don't have to peel them. They make the most delicious potato salad, mashed potatoes or potato soup. The price is extremely reasonable. I love these potatoes!

These make great smashed potatoes. I microwave until soft and then smash them in a frying pan with hot olive oil until they are crispy. Delicious!
