These make great smashed potatoes. I microwave until soft and then smash them in a frying pan with hot olive oil until they are crispy. Delicious!

We love these potatoes. We cut hem in half.We put them in a large mixing bowl and stir in olive oil with all our favorite seasonings including MM grated Parmesan cheese, We place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown, Yum!

This is the first time I tried these. They sre absolutely delicious anyway you choose to cook them. I put mine in a lined baking and drizzle EVOO and organic saltless spices. Great with butter I can only think about the potatoes. I changed my eating habits.

We opened then two days after purchase and there was three that were rotten. I won't buy them anymore.
