These are my favorite potatoes. I like reds as well, but these are hands down the best. They are creamy and cook well. I leave the skins on when making soups or about any way I use them. The skin is thin and I like getting the extra vitamins from it.

Not very fresh. Soft on the inside. I expect some will rot before we finish the bag
