You can't really go wrong with a classic Stella. It's my reliable 'middle ground' beer crisp, clean, and has just enough of that floral hop bitterness to feel premium without being too heavy. It's best served ice-cold in a chalice if you're feeling fancy, but straight from the bottle works just fine for a casual Friday night. It's consistent, refreshing, and always hits the spot.

This is a great beer with less bitterness when compared to other lagers. It has a refreshing taste and light makes it smooth to drink at any time. I'm not a Stella fan at all unfortunately ... I say unfortunately as it's very popular in the pubs and clubs and a fair few people I know regularly drink it. I have tried it a few times over the years and I'm not convinced. It's nicknamed 'The Wife-beater' here in the UK because of how angry it made people when they were drunk. I'm told that it's changed over the years and isn't what it was. It's still a no from me!
