They were one of the softest gummies I had tried in a while, only thing they have a very strong vitamin taste compared to other brands. I am not sure that I would purchase them in the future. I can recommend the gummies to people who don't mind a strong vitamin taste.

I like the fact that I can just pop in my mouth and go I don't have to drink water take a vitamin the old-fashioned way.

This tablet covers all of your necessary vitamins. They are NOT large tablets, nor do they upset my stomach. I can't prove their pure effectiveness, but I feel pretty good overall compared to when I wasn't taking my vitamins. I think I have more energy overall.
