[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these One a Day 50+ gummies women's multivitamins. They are so easy to take compared to a large pill. I like that this contains 8 B vitamins plus some minerals. After some recent research I discovered that I needed to take more Vitamin B so this One a Day multivitamin is perfect for me. It certainly seems to have everything I need. The taste is okay but there is a slightly bitter aftertaste after chewing/biting into them. This is not a big problem though since I drink juice when taking my vitamins and supplements. Since this multivitamin helps support healthy brain function, I will definitely continue taking them.

They were one of the softest gummies I had tried in a while, only thing they have a very strong vitamin taste compared to other brands. I am not sure that I would purchase them in the future.
