Tried to order the 70 pint but it was out of stock in Michigan and on-line so I ordered the 50 pint begrudgingly. Literally 1 week after I picked up the 50 pint I received an email stating "you might also like this" and it was as 70 pint!!!!! Really?!?!?!? AND it was only $8 more in price. I just returned the 50 pint (which seemed to work fine) and picked up the 70 pint this morning. I'm sure I will receive another survey on that as well...so I'll let you know how I like the 70 pint at that point.

Very happy with the product. In one hour it took the humidity in the basement from 74% down to 52%. It no longer has that musty smell down there. I would say the only down falls is it's not as quiet as I would like and it's a bit of a struggle to get the tank back in the unit. Overall it's works great at removing the moisture. I already recommended it to my sister.

I have an art room that is a finished section of our ground level garage. It is enclosed and insulated and has a window air conditioned. We live on the coast of Georgia so it is very warm and humid during the summer months. The window air conditioner would keep the room cool but it didn't make it any drier, so I decided to give this dehumidifier a try. In two days of filling the bucket each day, the room started to smell fresher and felt drier. Now I am using the rel. humid. setting and at 50% it is still finding plenty of moisture, usually 3/4 of a bucket per day. Who would have thought that much water is in the air?!!!

This unit was purchased to reduce the moisture in my room as well as the mildew smell, and within a couple of days my husband and I could really feel and smell the difference. The bucket is always full too after a few days letting us know it's really collecting moisture. We should have bought years ago. Very easy to operate. The reviews were right. Would definitely recommend it!

Have had this about a month and love it. No problems whatsoever (knock on wood) Has cleared up a longstanding problem in a back room that originally we thought was a roof issue but was from inside moisture instead. After many roof "fixes" we decided to try this on the inside moisture theory--and it works! This machine has run very well and we are very pleased w/ its performance.

Bought this to supplement the one in the garage . That one is about 10 years old. This Frigadaire DH has exceeded all my expections. I can't really say anything negative about it. Its very quiet running. It has handles on the unit itself and on the drain bucket something that the older one that I own lacks.very pleased overall. I've had it for about 2 weeks now.

I reviewed a lot of dehumidifiers prior to purchasing this one. I have had it a couple of weeks now and it works great. We have a finished basement that has always been very musty. Now no more. The one thing I did do was purchase the additional warranty through Walmart just in case I had a problem. At this point I am very happy with the dehumidifier.

Bought this to replace the recalled Frigidaire I had used for several years. This one has a smaller footprint and should fit nicely anywhere it is needed. The top air exhaust and hose connection is an improvement over the older model. I have it running in a cold basement to get a head start on the mold season and it is doing very well. The old model wouldn't work well if it was in a cold area. I've had it a couple of weeks and, so far, it's done a great job. Walmart's price was the best I found and the ship-to-store process was very quick.

I bought this dehumidifier and am impressed with all it's features and how it works. Within an hour of turning it on, it had already pulled quite a bit of water out of the air inside the house. It's much more comfortable in here. It's really not too noisy. We run it on low most of the time. It's on casters, so it can be moved easily from one area to another. The water tank is really easy to remove and put back in and it doesn't spill all over. I'd recommend this brand if you are looking to buy a dehumidifier.

I want to tried a big one for my basement witch is about 900 square feet. Then I may dry the air from the basement to the first floor. The machine work well. It drink lots of water soon, about one cup in 30 minutes when I start it. The sound is OK, but to my compact basement, sounds big. There is a little high whistle. Well, it seems some bigger to my little space, too. So I try to return it. The return process is so easy. I can't find another better place for shopping in such great value as Walmart.
