What we ordered was what we got. We purchased this unit on the basis of CR reviews and customer reviews and we made the right decision. This unit is quiet and effectively and efficiently pulls the moisture from the air. We are so pleased with our purchase, we will be replacing an existing unit with a second Frigidaire. I highly recommend this to everyone.

This unit was purchased to reduce the moisture in my room as well as the mildew smell, and within a couple of days my husband and I could really feel and smell the difference. The bucket is always full too after a few days letting us know it's really collecting moisture. We should have bought years ago. Very easy to operate. The reviews were right. Would definitely recommend it!

I reviewed quite a few units and found this to be pretty good for the money. So far it has done a nice job removing moisture from the basement. I have about 950 sq. feet with a bedroom and laundry room and it seems to keep it all pretty good. It is quiet also. The water bucket is not as large as I thought it may be but I still only empty it once a day. It is able to run continuously into a drain but does not include the hose .

So far I'm impressed with this dehumidifier. I have it in a 15 x 15 ft crawl space and it seems to be controlling the humidity at 55% quite nicely. I would recommend this unit, however, it would be nice to have a remote control feature due to my limited access to the unit. Also the Jun 2014 Consumer Reports overlooked the fact that the unit has a continuous running fan. I'm not sure about the benefits of a continuous running fan, but on the down side, I'm sure it costs a bit more to run. I don't think you would be disappointed if you purchased this unit.

Got this to replace one that came with our house. It was delivered quickly, and was the best price per Pint i could find. Setup was easy, basically nothing other than setting up the auto drain. I turned on and i wasn't sure it was working because the compressor is so quiet. I would buy this again and tell anyone to get it.

The first good thing was that I ordered this dehumidifier one morning and it arrived the next afternoon - much earlier than promised. We needed it for a basement guest bedroom, and so far (2 weeks later) it's doing a great job. It makes a low sound, but a recent guest had no problem with it running 24/7. The display shows the humidity level of the room and you can set it for the level you want it to reach. It will beep once and turn off when it's full. We make it a routine that we empty it every morning. The drawer has a handle to make it easy to carry, although there are directions for hooking it up to a hose and letting it drain constantly so you don't have to empty it. We're very happy with the size and performance.

The unit is very quiet and has done an excellent job of removing moisture from our basement level family room. This in consideration that we have experience a very wet, rainy period. Hopefully, it will last and continue to perform well for several years like our last unit.

Good product and at a reasonable price. Very easy to install, removes lots of humidity and is relatively quiet. Did not set up for constant draining because find it preferable to wheel it around various parts of my large basement, including nooks and crannies, and this has improved overall results. Have had in continuous operation for two months and all is well. Only drawback is having to remove water container daily and dump in drain or basement toilet but is a price I'm willing to pay for the benefits received.

I reviewed a lot of dehumidifiers prior to purchasing this one. I have had it a couple of weeks now and it works great. We have a finished basement that has always been very musty. Now no more. The one thing I did do was purchase the additional warranty through Walmart just in case I had a problem. At this point I am very happy with the dehumidifier.

This unit was easy to unpack and set up. All I had to do was plug it in, turn it on, hook a drain hose to the back and set the humidity control. It has kept my basement very dry and it is very quiet as well. I recommend this unit to anyone in need of a great dehumidifier.
