[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and am very happy with it. It's so quiet compared to the last one we had. The cord is also longer than ones we've owned in the past. The blower discharge is also very nicely done. Overall very happy with the unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift last year and I absolutely loved it.....until the handle to the bucket broke while carrying the water to the sink. BUT....I called Frigidaire and told them what had happened and they sent me a new bucket which is almost half the cost of the unit itself! So once again I LOVE this unit! I just carry the bucket from the bottom now. The product itself seems to get the humidity out of the air super, super fast!!! I would recommend this product for this reason alone. It really does a great job!

My previous dehumidifier died and it didn't take long for the basement to smell musty again. Bought this new dehumidifer and within just a few days the musty smell was gone. It was easy to set up, but it would have been nice to know that the unit should be tilted slightly backward when using a hose for water drainage.

Convenient hose hookup for automatic draining to a drain, and not having to constantly check to empty the bucket. Digital setting readout for humidity level. Sleek clean design. I love it, and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The best I could say is this dehumidifier is just ok. It does remove some moisture from the air but it does not do as good a job as I expected. It is fairly quiet, all you hear is the fan running, there are no compressor noises and the filter is easy to access for cleaning. I have it in my air conditioned family room and have been running it continuously for a week but the relative humidity will not go below 50%. It does produce quite a lot of heat, raising the temperature about 4 degrees. The most concerning issue occurs when you remove the pan for emptying, the water continues to drip into the base and onto the floor. Fortunately I have 100% vinyl flooring so no damage was done before I set it into a pan to prevent damage to the floor. If it sits on a laminate or finished floor, the drips will cause damage to the flooring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just received dehumidifier today for enclosed crawlspace. it was easy to handle, and quiet once i got it running. slight problem getting unit to acknowledge pan was not full, but after several times, it was ready to go. working great, area smells a lot better already.

Had been using DampRid containers and thought that they were doing a good job; however, this wonderful unit proved that NOT to be true! In the first month alone it removed 14 gallons from our air! We were so shocked. It is our best new friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 months ago to replace a dehumidifier. Within a half a day the difference in the basement was dramatic. Dryer and warmer, no more cool dampness. Even the clothes we line dry, dry faster. Very happy with the Frigidaire dehumidifier. Even though it is for a medium room, works well in our full open basement of 800 sq ft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this bad boy to put in my basement to take the humidity down from 70% to 50% and on heavy rain days to keep that moisture level down. I keep it running daily and I have the water from it going down to my sump pump. I am very happy with the machine. My dehumidifier stays on low and it is not too loud. I have not had a single issue with the machine. If I needed to, I would buy another one in a minute. I definitely recommend it. Also, the price is fair.

I have a natural rock basement with a concrete walkway around the outside. I run this everyday to keep the basement dry and smelling fresh. Although I do not have an automatic drain in it, the size is perfect for me , a 60 year old woman to empty it twice a day .
