Unlike LG where you have to watch in pitch black to really enjoy it. Anti-reflection , image and sound quality are great. It is the best QLED TV for 2021.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch "normal" TV and stream Netflix, BritBox and Amazon Prime. Beautiful picture in any use. However, it is not compatible with Acorn and that's essentially why I was getting a new tv. Unfortunately, I just assumed I would be able to use it with any well-established streaming service. At least BritBox has a lot of the same programming. This is my first smart tv and it is relatively easy to figure out. Registering it was a bit of a problem. My computer kept telling me my model and serial numbers were wrong (even though I checked them 3 times). Eventually they sent me an email saying "thank you for registering your Samsung smart tv" so I guess they got it. Like most electronics these days, there is no one to contact when you have a question except a robotic computer who doesn't understand what you're asking or connects you with a "consultant" -- whoever that might be. My guess is no one will ever see this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the type of person who is brand loyal when a product meets or exceeds my expectations and gives me great reliability and service. Samsung TV's have exceeded these expectations. I got this TV to replace a 55" 1080 television made in 2013 and this was only because of the pricing pressure caused by the semiconductor supply chain shortage. I was impressed with the Samsung experience and reliability. I chose this product as I always look for the top of the line products as most manufactures will use their best labor, parts, and manufacturing process on these flagship components and this TV does not disappoint. I am late to the 4K viewing experience, but I am blown away by the HDR and color range of the TV. The best part of this TV is actually the processing unit on the television. Older Samsung TV's utilized older CPU chips which meant that streaming experiences on older TV's was slow. This TV switches between services very quickly. I also game with this television and the newer games which use HDR look great though playing on PS4, I do not get the benefit of 4K or high refresh rate yet. The only letdown is that dolby atmos sound is not native to this TV and it should be supported Samsung's competitors support this feature

And each and everytime I bought a new tv, it was better than the previous one. And I've been super impressed every single model I purchased. But this time I shelled out the extra to buy the 55 inch q90a neo qled. Let me say that this by far the best ever. It gives me feel good chemicals everytime I turn it on. The colors are beyond vibrant, and the clarity is something I've only dreamed of. The brights are super bright, but only where things should be bright. Everytime the sun is being shown, it gives me a similar feeling of being outside and experiencing the sun. So in other words pictures come to life when playing anything on this screen. The lights being shown feels like the TV shows a true source of light. Simply amazing. The contrast of lights to dark are simply amazing. The 120hz native just makes everything super smooth. I play anything from 4k movies to play my ps5. Every experience has been incredible. It makes me want to re experience every movie I've seen just to see the things I've never experienced before. I wanted to also mention that every TV I bought since the early 2000 all work flawlessly still. That just speaks volumes of the craftsmanship of all the products they make. I'm on love with my TV, thank you Samsung!!

The colors are so rich and the blacks are so black.gaming on this tv is unbelievable. I love the game bar. Movies and sports are the best. The local dimming on this tv is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QN90A has a vibrant image and with eye wateringly bright HDR. A good UI and almost every feature you could ask for in a modern TV. Movies and TV look fantastic with both SDR and HDR content delivering excellent picture quality. Sadly Dolby Vision support is missing, this turned out to be a much bigger disappointment than I thought it would be prior to purchase. While the blacks aren't as perfect as found on an OLED display the much higher brights are a pretty decent trade off. Gaming with my PS5 or PC is supurb at 4k 120hz. Very disappointed that there is only 1 HDMI 2.1 port to take advantage of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for gaming mostly and I have to say this TV makes my 2016 model feel like it was from the early 2000's. On my old TV dark scenes were essentially grayed out, on the QN90A it's night and day. I love the colors and brightness that it is able to produce. Really gives another level of immersion when playing games on PS5. Genuinely made me say wow going back and playing games I had previously played on the older TV. RE8 was one of the games I replayed and it's incredible how good it looks.

Really appreciate the game mode menus that you can see what it's doing live and make changes on the fly. Super clear picture, I don't have reflections bothering me, seems to perform in the dark and light with no problems. Sound is amazing too for just TV speakers. Definitely recommend this TV for gamers as well as general TV watching.
