I'm not sure what changed but these Pillsbury cook

I'm not sure what changed but these Pillsbury cookie dough cookies that are ready to back are horrible and a waste of money. I had to throw them in the trash. Very thin, oily and hard. Whatever you changed needs to be changed back. These are terrible. My kids wouldn't even eat them. I wish I could attach a photo.

The last couple of times I purchased these 24 count ones, I noticed a big difference in quality and taste and not for the better. Now, they taste more molassses-y and chemical-y and like cheaper ingredients and fillers are being used. I couldn't understand why I didn't like them anymore because they have been my go to chocolate chip cookie for years and years and always delicious! Well, then I read online that you changed the ingredients recently. No wonder I noticed such a difference! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE I am begging you to go back to the ingredients before this most recent change! I would be willing to pay more if that is what it would take. Otherwise, I won't be able to get these anymore and that will be very sad!!!

Tried your new chocolate chip cookies and was very disappointed. The only positive thing I cam say is that they are better than Chips A Hoy ( and I can not stand those cookies ). If the new and the old recipe were on the shelf in the store I would NEVER buy the new. You have screwed up a good product. Fire the person that made this happen. I have always been a big fan of the old recipe. It was the only cookie that I liked.

"PLACE cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet." I don't know which of your brainiacs thought putting the raw cookie dough on an ungreased cookie sheet was a good idea, but they should be fired. PLACE cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. There I fixed it for you. Other than that, the cookies were good.

We have been buying and making Pillsbury's chocolate chip cookies for years because they were great and easy to bake! Why did the powers that be decide to fix something that was not broken??? We do not like the taste or texture of the new recipe at all.

If I make mistakes it's because I'm crying . The “ new” recipe for the Halloween cookie taste like you are trying to make a terrible and I mean terrible gluten free cookie. The texture is like sand . Where is the fats that make them soft and crispy. If we promise to not eat the raw dough make it as perfectly unhealthy as it used to be. You are not our mothers.

These cookies taste like chemicals...I have gone to culinary school. I've been in the industry for more than a decade.. I Will boycott these. I SUGGEST YOU CHANGE YOUR CHEMICAL RECIPE.  Your Chocolate tastes so bad.Your sugar eggs vanilla everything has a weird after taste. Second time we bought it.  I would give it a zero but that star does not exist.  I cannot believe I had to sign all this up, give my email, birth date, waste my time to come up with a screenname..To leave feedback! Like anyone wants to spend time one this site...There's no incentive to be here as a customer.  Nothing free.Pillsbury used to stand for quality..Now we taste all the corners you skipped to make more money.Come up with a better recipe!  Where is your passion like you guys used to have?  Cant believe I wasted my time... But I am upset.   Ive got this terrible taste in my mouth.

These are honestly horrible. America is in a health craze and I get why they did this. But seriously, they are cookies. I thought I had done something wrong the first time I made these because they were nasty. Then I made them again and saw that there is a different recipe.I hate wasting food but I seriously through the rest of them in the trash. Whoever is in charge of quality control and told you guys that this was a good idea is out of their mind. If we want healthy cookies we can go to an organic grocery store and buy healthy cookies. And there is no expectation of them to taste good.

Horrible! Why in the world would you change the classic recipe? To save people from eating the raw dough? I cannot understand this decision. They aren't better tasting, and no matter how many times you say it in your responses, it's not true. They smell, taste, feel and look different. So different that you could make it a different cookie product. Have the new one for goofy people who don't like great tasting cookies, and the classic for people that didn't want anything changed. If I could give it negative stars, I would. I don't leave reviews for hardly anything.
