[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot going on with this refrigerator; water pitcher in the door, the separators in the different cooling departments that aren't necessary but a very nice design, the exterior water dispenser in the door accommodates a tall water bottle, and the way the interior is designed it has a large amount of usable space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge about 9 months ago. We did have to have some warranty work on the ice maker chute. It was relatively easy. The push device for the ice maker isn't as easy as it is on most. And, this model seems to prefer to chop ice. Have changed the filter once (not too hard once you figure it out), but the 'change filter light won't go off. Only other change I would suggest is to split the meat drawer. You have to open both exterior doors to pull it out. Lots of capacity and generally pleased with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Samsung refrigerator! This is the second Samsung refrigerator we have purchased. We still have the 1st one, this was bought to replace another brand that came with our house. It has a lot of space with the french doors. The water pitcher feature doesn't always fill the pitcher, but after a few times pushing the button it comes through. The freezer drawer doesn't have as much space as my older model 2 door side by side model, but it works great for freezing large platters. I also love the easy access door for condiments. We do not use the wifi options, it just isn't necessary for us.

The showcase door is a life saver in my house because I go in the fridge constantly for water which I fill from the self depending water jug. There is always a full glass on the shelf. There are so many great items included such as fold up and slide back shelves to the water and ice dispenser. It so big I could sit inside on hot days to stay cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was first time purchasing a counter depth refrigerator and I was pleased with the amount of contents that it can hold. The internal filtered water pitcher is great and allowed us to eliminate the counter top filtered water pitcher.

We've bought this fridge 2 years ago. Recently we've noticed that the ice machine isn't not work as well anymore. This is so disappointing considering the amount you money we pay for these fridges. Not sure what to do. No one at customer service seems to be helpful at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Refrigerator! The french doors are awesome and it has so much space inside 28 cu ft! The food showcase is great to open quickly and grab a drink without letting cold air out of the entire refrigerator. The bottom shelf in the food showcase tilts forward and is perfect for my kids juice and milk boxes. On the left side of the french door there is a water pitcher that auto refills from your filtered water and has a spot for you to infuse fruit or vegetables inside. It's so nice to have a large pitcher ready when guests arrive. There are two drawers that pull out and one longer drawer the width of the entire fridge that you would need both doors open to pull out. This drawer fits a lot and has a divider inside so you can change the sizing as needed and it's temperature controlled, it's call the cool select pantry. You can defrost or rapidly chill items in this drawer. The fridge is wifi enabled so you can use your phone to control the temps when you're away. The ice maker is large and can hold 4 lbs of ice. The freezer is on the bottom and has two shelves, the top one slides open and close so you can access the bottom shelf. They are both divided in half. My kids love being able to reach the ice cream easily. The stainless steel matches my other appliances in my kitchen perfectly and it's fingerprint resistant finish makes it easy to clean. The water and ice in the front looks very clean and works well. It's easy to tell and maintain the temperatures digitally inside. It fits so much food and drinks inside it's perfect for my family!

We were looking for a big capacity one but without taking extra space as we were replacing another one. This one has a lot of capacity and it's really versatile with the movable trays. The features I love the most, apart from the french doors, are the auto refilling water pitcher and the full size tray which is great for cakes and larger trays. Also the vegetable drawers are awesome and they make my vegetables and fruit last way longer. This was my first Samsung Appliance but I will definitely buy more...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were able to get a Samsung 3- French door refrigerator. I originally wanted the black stainless steel. But, there was a back order, and we were given the option of the Tuscan color. At first, I was leery, but I do have to say, I am very pleased with the Tuscan color. I thought it was going to be a hideous brown shade, but it looks like a nice oiled bronze color and is very attractive. I find the fridge to be very spacious with adjustable shelves. I really enjoy the "food showcase" door. This allows me to access items that I frequently use without having to fully open 1 or 2 doors of the refrigerator to get those most-used items. It is a nice feature. I didn't think I would enjoy that at all, but I find it very useful and handy. I really enjoy the door water pitcher. It has an infusion tube inside it, but I don't use that. I enjoy having the water picture automatically fill when the child gets water and forgets to fill the pitcher back up. I wish the water pitcher was a bit bigger, but it isn't a terrible size. I really enjoy being able to select the exact temperature setting that I want for both the fridge and the freezer. No guesswork what a little hash mark means, you input the specifics on the panel and you can see/read the digital temperature without question. Installation went well. The delivery crew had to remove the doors and reattach them to make it through a slightly smaller stairway. There were no issues dissembling and reassembling the doors. It looked really easy. The freezer has a very smooth roll-out on the door, even though it has a lot of food inside. You would think it is very heavy, or hard to pull open and close, but the door opens and closes smoothly. The items in the freezer are very easy to get to and it is easy to see what you have in there. The size is wonderful and I really enjoy the refrigerator. I look forward to many years with this fridge and I would recommend to anyone in the market for a fridge.
