i love the features of this refrigerator. it has tons of room for a family of four with two growing boys. we bought the fingerprint resistant stainless steel. i have severe ocd and with boys everything gets gross fast. the fingerprint resistance however, seems nonexistent. i almost feel it's a fingerprint magnet because they seem to be worse than our old fridge. not worth the extra money. also, the water dispenser drips water every time its used. since no one wants to wait a few seconds after filling their cup with water, there are drops that fall then dry down the push button for water dispensing and the flat area below. we have hard water so it dries leaving a calcium deposit white spot. if these two features were fixed the fridge would be just about perfect.

We've bought this fridge 2 years ago. Recently we've noticed that the ice machine isn't not work as well anymore. This is so disappointing considering the amount you money we pay for these fridges. Not sure what to do. No one at customer service seems to be helpful at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to talk about my brand new Samsung 23 cu. ft. 3-Door Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in Stainless Steel. This appliance meets every single one of my expectations. From the external beauty to it's amazing internal overall look and design. Time to brag about all the wonderful attributes. I love the food showcase. The actual spaces on the door are perfect. I personally use the showcase to add items such as yogurts, juices and items easier to access and reach for my children. My absolute favorite part of this is the space inside the refrigerator. I am able to fit so much in it. My fruits and vegetables are kept so fresh with the availability to adjust the humidity level. The pantry drawer is very spacious and I love when you pull the drawer the top cover opens up to make it easier to access your items. The shelves are removable which gives you the opportunity to move them around and adjust them to your liking depending on the space needed for your taller items like Juice or milk. The icemaker makes ice fairly fast and there is always ice available. You can also remove the ice compartment to empty ice out. I love that you can have full size ice cubes or crushed ice as well. The water dispenser is great as well dispensing really fresh cold water. On the side of the water dispenser there is a water pitcher with an infuser attachment which automatically refills after every use so no matter how much water you use you will always have a pitcher full of fresh cold water available. Now let's move on to the freezer part. The freezer is very spacious as well. There are 2 drawers in it. Lots of space for plenty of items. The door handle to the freezer is very flexible and moves with you as you pull for easier grip to open it. I love all the compliments I'm receiving and I am so happy to have it in my home. It looks absolutely stunning. I couldn't be happier. I recommend it 100%

It is quite functionalble in the way the refrigerator and freezer set up and laid out. The arrangements of various sections help as well. There has been very positive feedback from other members of the family. The features that stand out the most are the autofilll water pitcher which is a great feature offering clean filteted water and the coolibg door the door opens and offers a view of the inside of the Refrigerator without having to open the Refrigerator doors which is great for saving energy and keeping the food cool and fresh.

Filtered cold water readily available, lots of room on the inside, a food compartment showcase and was able to purchase for a great price, we were also offered a great price on an extended warranty. Our only pet peeve is that it does not appear to be fingerprint proof as we were told it was, as we are having to wipe exterior frequently

ICE MAKER IS THE SLOWEST I HAVE EVER SEEN, PAID EXTRA FOR THE MODEL WITH THE WATER PITCHER AND IT COST ME A SECOND ICE MAKER IN THE FREZER SECTION., FRENCH DOORS SHOULD OPEN UP FURTHER SO YOU CAN ACCES DOOR TRAYS FROM THE SIDE, QUICK ACCESS RIGHT SIDE DOOR SHELVES ARE NOT ADJUSTABLE SO YOU CAN ONLY STORE 2 ONE GALLON BOTTLES MAKING THE OTHER SHELVES USELESS FOR BEVERAGES, SHELVES IN THE REFRIDGERATOR SECTION ARE NOT ADJUSTBLE IN HEIGHT SO YOU ONLY HAVE ONE OPTION. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Refrigerator can hold so much food! My favorite feature is the huge freezer space. The two shelves hold 2x more than my old fridge. The cooling metal plate also helps my milk last longer. I like how I can open it without having to open the whole door. The ice and water is wide and can accommodate my huge water bottles. I like how the settings are on the inside of the fridge. The doors open very wide and I like how you can adjust the bottom shelf to fit tall items. The fresh drawer keeps my produce fresh longer as well. All my friends and family who have been over have all loved it as well. My 2 year old who touches everything doesn't leave her fingerprints behind with the print resistant metal as well.

purchased fridge in nov. 2019. arrived feb. 2020. i did like the set up of this fridge. my fave feature was the automatically filled pitcher, even though it leaked when pouring & had to request a 2nd that still leaked, it was a cool & useful feature. bad news, the weekend before christmas 2020, the compressor went out. broke down after 10months!! samsung was going to have our supplier fix the fridge. after two+ months of waiting for the part, they decided they will send us a new fridge which we are still waiting for 4months later. our last fridge from 16 years ago (kenmore) is still kicking butt and so thankful we kept as a backup. i sure hope the next fridge (whenever it shows up) doesnt have the same issues. i did not expect a brand new fridge to break down so soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this new Samsung refrigerator in Tuscan stainless . A beautiful brown color . I think this color would easily match many color schemes. The interior design is not just appealing but also functional . It has a built-in water pitcher with a fruit infusion tube . I added lemon and it works well to keep the fruit in the water rather than floating on top. The drawers are spacious and have useful controls for temperature and humidity. The food showcase door is awesome . It lets you grab often used items such as milk and condiments without losing the cold air from inside the refrigerator. I'm also impressed crushed ice from the ice maker it helps keep your beverages super cold. I'm also impressed with the interior LED lighting it's very bright and makes it easy to see inside without dark spots . The slide out freezer is huge it has a sliding drawer on top that helps you prioritize how you put things in the freezer . I always had trouble finding things in my freezer having to unload items to find something but this design eliminates that problem. This refrigerator is well-built and doesn't have any cheap feeling plastic parts inside everything is high quality and appears to be durable and will last for a long time I'm very pleased with the Samsung French door refrigerator.
